Had a very good trip. There was an employee on every aisle I walked down and they were willing to help if I had a question. I needed a suggestion on how to temporarily fix a hole in the fence. Not only was it relatively simple but...it was also cost efficient. The lady that helped me at the cash register was very cheerful and full of energy, actually I think she has more energy than I do.Why do I feel like Ice cube? ( That's a pop culture reference Lowe's) Keep up the good work.

I'll be backWhat a great location. The people that work here are so awesome. Kind, helpful, and great attitudes. I bought some appliances and even though they were short staffed they brought it all out and helped load it up. I have been back many many times since then and had a great experience every time. I will be back :-)

New return policy is pretty useless and will certainly make me think twice about future purchases. But, this local store is otherwise nice and seems well managed. Items usually in stock and knowledgeable, willing staff.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering anything for delivery from this location. Ordered a washer and dryer, both were scheduled for delivery on Monday, and I only got the washer. When I called to ask why I got hung up on twice and was then told it was scheduled for Wednesday. It’s Wednesday and I still have not received my dryer and have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to figure out why since no one wanted to contact me, yet again. This whole experience has been absolutely terrible.

So disappointed by Lowes. I was returning a doorbell that I purchased last month, I didn't have the receipt but said a gift card would be okay, the cashier asked for my phone number and then said that I had to have a valid receipt to return the item. WHAT? She could see that I am a military member and spend over $100 each month fixing up my house but now I have to dig up a receipt from a month ago to somehow prove I bought the item?Lowes if you truly value my military service of over 20 years how about changing your policies and PROVE IT!

Return policy is a joke and manager was rude about it when I told him to change the sticker of the return policy because it clearly said I could return without a receipt and get a gift card. I wanted to return something and I didn’t have a receipt and every store gives you a gift card and I was fine with that .

Everyone is very kind, but please do not offer my military discount to friends that I happen to be with at the time. They didn't go to war or sacrifice for the country for the discount and I am tired of my "friends" using me for a benefit my veteran community deserves. I don't even get a thank you from my civilian friends after the discount is applied. There is no point for them at this time to recieve my benefits.

This Lowes: when you have a problem- they try hard to fix it. These are people who are just trying to do their job and I think we as customers forget that. They live in our community. Some are good-and some stinkPros: Mostly clean Store. Typically helpful associates. Very helpful store manager. Wonderful self check out people!Cons: Just like any other retail store- every where is going self check out. Ever try getting a price check in self check out?!? Computer/self checkout out prices different than shelf prices. Need an option to scan prices from app so the customer has an actual idea what the price really is. And forget thinking that the website actually matches what they actually have physically in stock. That is a Lowes business issue that they need to fix.

The Lowe's in Gautier is already started putting out their spring plantings and gardeners like me appreciate that very much they have a very good stock of gardening supplies which are very necessary this time of year and as always and I sincerely mean this the Staff is professional and polite and people oriented

Friendly employees, and a decent selection of stuff for your home improvement, or construction project. Easy returns. The lumber here is pretty poor quality, and you'd better pick through the stack to make sure you get decent boards, or you're going to end up with a pile of serious curve balls. The self checkouts are OK when they work correctly, but good luck on those.

So I guess this Lowe’s is 90% self check out now. I was in the store 45 minutes and never saw anyone open a register inside. Only register with an actual cashier was in Lawn & Garden and it was backed up.

Lowes in gautier is the best place to go if you have a project and aren't sure how to make it happen. The staff is always nice and willing to listen. I wanted to make a gate for my pet day care and together we came up with this lovely gate:)

We were looking for parts to put a gutter system above our back porch to stop moisture issues around our back doors. Lowes has always been our go-to for household projects. We used the Lowes app and went right to the asile we wanted. We got almost all we needed. We had good help front the store personnel finding what we needed. I love the self-checkout. It was much less than we expected. People there offered help all the way through the process. This is why we like this store so much.

I purchased my first weed eater today, and I'm super excited. It wasn't at the first store I tried, so I had to go elsewhere, but I'm satisfied. I know it's late in the season, but I'm in the south; I'll only have 3 or 4 weeks of down time. Haha

Be very careful if you go to Lowe’s in Gautier. They apparently do not have anyone who occasionally walks the parking lot. Yesterday would be the second time we’ve gone there and ended up with a huge roofing nail in our tire. Only to look up and see several more in the parking lot, which we actually got out and picked up.This caused us a very difficult time as there had just been a Tornado in Moss Point, the weather was not far away and we still had to make it to Gulfport.Shame on you Lowe’s that you don’t have some to check the lot. One time understood but two??On a side note the staff is very friendly .

Only had 2 self checkout stations open. NO CASHIERS!!!!They did have a Very Nice and Helpful employee who helped me locate several items. But truthfully the checkout process will keep me from going back until they can improve on that aspect.
