You have to look well and have time to look around. A lot of items are messed up. Some items are in great shape. The clothes sometimes are stained as well. They do have great deals on their furniture most of the time. It really depends on the item. All the good items sell out quick. You either find really good items or you find nothing at all.

There's usually only one register open at any given time with the line being ridiculously long. More often than not staff seems to be playing instead of working. Major improvements needed for a better shopping experience.

Don’t know why so many negative comments but this has the be one of the best Dirt Cheap stores ever! The staff is very friendly and they keep the store very well organized! I am always finding excellent deals here! Way better than years ago! Gautier follows policy unlike other DCs on the coast! This store is the reason I don’t shop retail anymore! You guys are amazing and I thank you all for what you do. Managing and working at this type of business is not easy. Just know you all are appreciated!!

Disgustingly filthy. The air conditioner units on the ceiling are surrounded with black dirt. I was wondering if it was mold. Ceiling tiles are falling apart. The could land in someone.This place needs to be condemned. I can not go back there because it is so filthy in there.

Always love coming to this store. The associates are beyond helpful and kind. Since the first time I came in and Michelle and Megan helped me find a dress for my Mardi Gras ball I love making my weekly trips there. I will always take the hour and 15 minute drive there as the attitude at that store is the best I've seen of any of the other stores I've been to, from Pensacola to Louisiana.

The cashier that was on 2 maybe she’s management I seen her go In the office. Was just standing there while the other girl had a big line so we go over and ask is she open or not and with an attitude says yeah but I’ll help them in the other line first like we are trying to cut. Maybe if she would’ve called the people in the other line over it would be different. Once we go in the other line then she decideds to call the next person to her line. We told the cashier that helped us and she didn’t seem to care! No reason for attitude

STOP SHOPPING HERE!They price things how they want. It doesn't matter where the item was sitting or the fact that there are multiple of that same item in the same spot. The cashiers can't be bothered to go look when you tell them. Then, they informed me today that they have to charge whatever their regular price is, so a 3 dollar walmart small, throw blanket is now $7 when it's on an aisle that says $5 or less...LET THIS PLACE CLOSE DOWN.

My family and I went there last week and the Cashier on the first register tried to yell at my husband like a child! He told her she doesn’t have to be rude and talk to him as if he is a child. She kept yelling at her, the manager jumped in yelling at my husband so I told him what was happening and he tried to yell at me. My husband told him to talk to him and he got all defensive and said some racist remark to my husband “ congratulations you’re in the US!” My husband is a citizen and I am a combat Veteran! This place is undeniably the worst place in Mississippi to shop! They need to close it down!

Went to two different ones. I love a bargain, but it was the filthiest, most disorganized "store" I've ever been in. Broken, overpriced junk throughout. I don't care if they got all this junk for free, it is so poorly managed it would be impossible to make money. You'll find the same scattered worthless treasures in at least 5 different places. It was an absolute OCD nightmare and if you have even the most basic sense of order in your life, stay away. It literally made me mad to be in there, I never imagined it was possible for a store to be that bad. But I do see why nobody has been able to fix it. Yuck.

As far a Dirt Cheaps go, this one wasn't impressive to me at all. It was very poorly organized...everything was kinda all clumped up together on shelves in the mid-back area. Anyone visiting would have to go through every single shelf...yet each shelf/row would have many of the same exact things strewn within it. I did not enjoy my trip to this particular Dirt Cheap and don't recommend it. Disappointing.

The managers here are pretty cool. If something is "broken or missing," they will discount even more. It's not too bad here, i must say.

I give it a 5 star because I know that it's up to me to know the deal that I am getting. The store manager does not make the prices. The deals are there for some things but not for others. Walking in the door, I don't have a plan, I just go to see what the deal of the day is. For example, I got a Tori Burch Blouse for $12, looked it up it was still on the website for 225. I love this store....Had nothing going up and I appreciate "deals".

I enjoy shopping when Dirt Cheap has real bargains. Have to know how to shop to really enjoy Dirt Cheap. Have to be careful because quite often, it is marked way too high just to say it has a discount price. If it is not 80% off or above then I avoid the aisle.

Though very large with lots of parking this is so far the worst Dirt Cheap we have found. I am sharing a photo of formal dresses marked in the thousands of dollars so they can reduce them by 80% and still over charge for these mostly damaged or poorly taken care or items. Not the stop to find an actual good deal. Go to a different location, and don't let this one ruin the chain for you.

Great deals, fun shopping! You really do have to look over anything you buy…many items are previous returns and show it, some items are damaged. Dress light, the store is uncomfortably hot in the summer time. The website includes are QRCode scanner that provides the correct prices with the %off…very convenient since things tend to get shuffled.

Though you may find something good here every once in a while, it is very disorganized and dirty. There are many items that are very used and abused, yet they put a price tag on it with the new retail price and then a sign with whatever percent off. However, that sign may not be for that item. You have to look around at other signs to find the right code from the price tag. Overall, it's a good place to find a diamond in the rough if you're willing to disregard the disorganized, dirty presentation.

We purchased a headboard, paid, then went home to get the trailer to pick it up. We get there and the goofy manager (who just loves to yell at children) told us that the item rang up wrong and we still owed him $140. Ummmm, I’ve already purchased it?! They wouldn’t let us take it and refunded the initial money. I’ve never had this happen before. Anywhere. But they’ve lost my business.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because I like looking around and seeing if I can actually find something dirt cheap, but rarely do. Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. I probably would have more luck finding great deals if I went more often though.

Good store extremely unorganized and it's sad to run a business and not care about your own business being out of order. Bathrooms so nasty Don't be cleaned enough nasty nasty and nasty. The whole place needs to be organized Putin proper order. It's more to runnings a business making money. You gotta keep your businesses and all the lord has blessed you with up and first be grateful and thankful to the lord and give his 🏠🙏🙏🙏👐🙌👐🙌👐 😁🤗 🤗😇😁😇 house first and help the poor and all the needy!!!
