My kind of family store! These people who work there have a pride about them. Clean store, well stocked, fresh fruits & veggies. Not to forget their delicious Deli. Fresh food made daily!!You can eat there, or take it with you! Best fried chicken ever!!!!🐔

Prices are outrageous, I don't like any of the store brands there. Have a hard time finding some items. 1 good aspect is that THEY HAVE CASHIER'S THAT SCAN AND BAG YOUR PURCHASES AND ASK IF YOU FOUND WHAT YOU WANTED AND THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE TO GO GET IT IF YOU WANT!!!! The people are friendly and there's never a wait in line to check out. If you don't mind paying more and getting in and out quickly it's a good place to get a few things you need with minimal effort.

I love shopping at Food Giant it is more of a hometown feel with alot more customer appreciation than the big chain stores. Their meat is very fresh and prices are better than surrounding stores. The store is always clean and well stocked. Not to mention you have a bonus with the deli! They have great food and good prices. Daily lunch plate options etc. I highly recommend to everyone.

This Food Giant store is Great! It's exceptionally clean, well stocked, frequently has good deals on a variety of fresh meats! If you'd like to purchase a large roast or tenderloin while its on sale their meat department will be happy to slice it any way ud like at no extra charge!That's just one example of why this stores employees are a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service & satisfaction! Kudos to Ms. Julie Sartin, an AWESOME example & team leader!

Doing everything they can do in the time of Corona!? Keeping in stock with what they can and offering better prices than most big box grocery stores. Everyone is trying to stay afloat in business now, and they are no exception. Definitely an A rating for effort and Covid-19 execution on cleanliness! Best deals on staple items daily, and you get checked out. Interaction with cashiers and Management is a GOOD thing now, even if their voice is muffled by a mask. It helps the retailers know what the customers want and let's the customers know what to expect on getting items from the local market.

They need to train their younger cashiers on how to treat their customers. They have the worst customer service from this one young girl I have ever experienced. Work ethics are non existent now it seems.

The server was GREAT!!! loved her smile, But my food left me with a bad taste of the place. I ordered the Hibachi chicken and shrimp and the rice tasted bland. Not much flavor to any of it.

A good store. Clean ,comfortable,great selection of food on their grab and go food. People beg me to bring them their rotisserie chicken to work. Their staff at the hot bar can be a bit rude at times.

Not enough cashier's when it gets crowded. Some produce is not fresh. Some prices a bit higher than others. And lastly getting approached by employees to take a survey when you haven't even been in the store before.

They have grate manager sales lowest price on beer, some of there mark downs could be marked down a little more. But all out a good store . Don't like what they do with their leftovers from their deli, they wont mark it down ,they just throw it away.

The employees are very cold and hateful! The think they are better than everyone else. Especially the male manager. He is a very hateful mean n person. I have told my elderly mother and neighbors to beware and not show there. These are very very hateful people. Im reporting the experience I had with the male manager in the red shirt. And a few of there emolyess to head management first thing Monday morning.

The Cashier was really Rude . She never spoke and kept telling me not asking me to hand her my items . Before she checked me out she turned her back and starting talking to someone. She was just all around rude ti me.

The clerk at the deli needs to serve all customers, not just the ones at her choosing. I used to like this store but the customer service has gotten ridiculous.
