My first two visits to this location we’re flawless and amazing. Great product. Great taste. Everything was fresh and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, on this last visit this evening I was not so pleased. The item I ordered was prepared by a few staff members that I guess we’re not trained on the item that I wanted. Came out completely wrong but I was told that I could not have a refund. The manager was there but instead of coming to address me as a customer so that we can navigate through the situation she told them to tell me I could not have a refund that they can remake the item and then she left for the evening.Even after the remake I ended up getting a snowmobile instead of the island cooler that I ordered that is supposed to contain real fruit. It did not taste like the others that I’ve had from this location. Maybe it will be better next time.

This is my favorite place on Earth. I LOVE ME SOME HUMDINGERS! I went there twice in one day and I told a lie to do it. I'm not even ashamed. My dog didn't eat my humdinger, just a lick after I was done. I JUST WANTED ANOTHER!

Hands down the best treats in the area!!! Unique and delictable frozen treats from the simple single scoop cone to the top notch speciality sundaes , they all are of the best quality and super yummy.....Dairy Queen..psshhh forget about it. McDonald's??? Yeah sure. good luck catching them when their ice cream machine isn't "out of order"! Anyway. Go try the dang place. You won't be sorry.

I don't mind paying a $1 for card purchases...i appreciate the option.......that was then. Now..just left there and had to cancel my order. Was waiting a while and people who ordered after me were getting served. I was polite and walked over to see if they forgot me. The girl just rudely said I just made his ahead of you then gave me a real nasty look and slammed the window. The guy looked at me and said " that's just how they operate". I opened the little window and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They did and the young lady hands me the voided credit card and says "have a blessed day". Yeah...we all know what that means in that situation. I'm really not sure what I did. At no point during the whole exchange was I rude.

The line is worth the wait. The custard is scrumptious! The drinks are wonderful, cold and delicious! Excellent variety of sno cone flavors, yummy nachos and hot dogs!

One of the best custard shops in the US. The help is always super courteous, goes the extra mile, too. Have to go more than once each time in Columbia or passing through!

Old timey feel, very friendly staff and I almost had to repent after trying the frozen custard cause anything that good has to be a sin. Hands down the richest and creamiest ice cream/frozen custard I've ever had. What are you doing with your life if you haven't tried it yet. Fair warning though, once you do nothing else will quite measure up and you will be addicted

They are great we love them in flavor 😍, the only problem is they take way too long to place a snowball order and sometimes they are rude. We only come because the strawberry cheesecake avalanche is awesome

I drove 60 miles one way for this. After a hard week at work, this frozen custard cures all ails. I would love to try something different, but I can't tear myself away from the blueberry marshmallow cream and the caramel (not chocolate) banana split. My only complaint is that they don't make some concretes as described on the menu. One, for example, says it has toasted coconut. There is no toasted coconut in the building.

Waited in line 15 minutes waiting to place an order until finally deciding to leave. The person in front of me had been there the whole time still had yet to get any of their order. Drive thru kept getting their orders. On a Saturday their should be more workers. Ridiculous

Prices sky high and I waited 20minutes just to get to the drive through pay/order window, rite before I got to the window a bunch of people walked up and started getting their orders, I only ordered 2 shakes and a chilli dog then paid and waited at the next window for 20minutes while three other ordered paid and received their orders at the first window behind me,then I got my 2 shakes, then I waited another 10minutes for my chilli dog before saying hey when is my food coming.

Waited in line for 15 mins to be told they change a $1 for card purchases!!! Ridiculous!!! Been here before without issue but was informed it's a recent change. PUT UP A SIGN SO PPL DONT WASTE THEIR TIME!!!Place is already expensive enough!

When I order a custard, I don't want it served melted. When you have multiples on an order, make 1 then give to the customer right away as you make it.

It is a outdoor restaurant the food is good and the service is good it has a pavilion and no restroom but, there is a hair salon 10 feet away it and a gas station across the street
