⚠️⚠️I was going to stay silent about this, but it's been bothering me for a week. March 17, around afternoon, me and my family decided to get some groceries and it all went fine before we had to check out our things. This cashier was being very rude to us even when we made a few mistakes, I didn't like how she accused us for dropping our items from the conveyor belt on the floor which we didn't did. I will say we should've put our things orderly instead of putting everything on the conveyor belt. That's our mistake, but she did not need to be rude about it. She was laughing a us, saying mean words like a bully would do. We're humans, we make mistakes and what she did was uncalled for, bad service. I dont know her name, but she's black, overweight, red-orange hair with a braid-bun. She was making fun of us, along with another cashier beside us. He's light-skin black with short curly hair or dreads.(Unfortunately, I don't remember his hair style nor name.) I would really appreciate if you talk to them about their bad behavior and never do this to any customers out there just because they expect them not to react or talk back. This Walmart is somewhere we should all be comfortable shopping and not get belittled. Thank you.

They're always helping people that are in need of a loan whether it be small loan or larger loan! They will work with you even if credit is not good! I have been doing business with them 50 + years! 💜💚

It's about as good as any Walmart's lines are full and no one to help check out. Have to go to self checkout but cards only. The place is just one big disappointment they really don't care anymore only reason I have them three stars is because they had inventor. So just try to go on a day that's not to busy.

There is now limited truck parking in the entry side by the auto service center. 5-6 spaces. They have signs that are on the main parking lot now that say “No Truck Parking Allowed”. I would usually go around the back and come around to avoid four wheelers so I don’t cause an issue. There is a Taco Bell on the main lot now also. I would say that there is definitely no overnight parking but you can call. The spaces on the side fill up fast. Wouldn’t recommend going in around lunchtime. Too bad they have changed but I understand for several reasons, It was a good midway stop for me to get supplies before I hit TX or AZ. Their lot is getting torn up, especially by the heavyweights. Very expensive to repair. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Oh well. Anyone bites the dust. 😢

I found some old disposable cameras and went to their photo center to see about shipping them off to be developed. The associate at the desk was super not interested in helping me at all, as I couldn't find an envelope to deposit my film into. There was a kiosk, but no deposit envelopes. She was rude and quick to walk away after telling me all they had were picture envelopes. She literally walked away and dismissed any further questions I had! So...does anyone in this store know where the envelopes are???

This Walmart was something else, the employees were friendly, and all, as well as the shelves were sorta stocked. They didn't have the one thing I went in there for. The bathrooms were atrocious, I mean bad, paper everywhere, the toilets look as though they have never been cleaned. I added pictures for this, come on Walmart this store needs work, bad!

Semi Truck Parking on the side of the store. Shelves were stocked and the store had a wide selection of items. A little cramped due to so much stuff. The first Walmart that I have been to in a while that had more than one cashier working.

Listen from the time I seen this Walmart and IT HAS TRUCK PARKING- hell yeah, my shopping experience was nice (I’m a speaker I speak to everybody AND everyone spoke back that doesn’t happen often). My girl Ann at check out was awesome. Although she ain’t slip nothing in my bad for free and I still like her, lol!!!!! Very nice lady! 10+ for this Walmart!

Saw some chicken wings that I wanted to buy it was 9:45 and was told I couldn't get them until 10. How ridiculous I wanted to give them money and they didn't want to take it. stupid policy should prevail. I didn't have time to waste. I was so upset I left the rest of my purchases in the cart and walked out

They never have cashiers when its real busy. Two or three lanes will be open and all of them have lines going into the aisles. Don't plan on running in and out, the self checkout is always packed too.

My shopping experience at Forest Wal-Mart on Sunday, February 11, 2023, was great!! I went in only to buy work pants and personal items but left out with a buggy full!! 🤦🏾‍♀️😂 The lady that worked in the jewelry department (I walked over there because I didn't see anyone in the clothing department to let me in the fitting room) was so polite, friendly and professional!! She told me that she would go and get the lady that was working in the clothing department for me which she did!! The lady that came and unlocked the fitting room for me was even more polite, friendly and professional!! I don't like trying on clothes but I also didn't want to have to do an exchange later if I couldn't fit them so I had two pairs of pants but I only tried on one pair and I let the lady know if this pair didn't fit then I would go with the other pair!! She didn't hound me nor rush me and even joked around with me after I came out of the fitting room!! Great people, Great customer service!!

Spend alot of time here, mostly friendly workers (the greeter ladies are super sweet) and pretty neat and clean aisles. Bathrooms are slightly messy at times, but always useful.Update : app not very useful when inside store, most items are showing up as not in stock or not available, cashier that I had today was extremely rude and seemed ready to fight me at any moment, computer system was not updated to account for after holiday sales and just had some items original pricing wrong if you go here be sure to watch any sale items prices when they are rung up, check your receipt, and be ready to fight if you get the cashier I had today!

My father was a devoted door greeter there until they fired him over a messy lie. Quite frankly, I think the whole management staff needs a course in professionalism, listening skills, and compassion. My dad is 84 years old, always greeted customers with a smile, never bothered a soul and he was fired over something that could have been a misunderstanding. His character was totally misjudged by the management and his feelings were hurt. You don't do people like this. This job kept him happy and was great for his well-being. It gave him purpose and something fun to do at his age. The whole deal was inconsiderate and beyond hurtful. The matter should have been investigated better. I will never step foot in this place again. I will escalate this to corporate.

The fruit isn't the best , u have to check it twice before buying it .the bathrooms need a good cleaning with bleach .and when did the prices go up on everything !!! The store is worried about people stealing at self check out , but I have seen people steal stuff and walk out with it and not get caught .the owners need to pay more and do more for their stores and workers .

While I’m having to check my own items out because there isn’t enough registers open, the person who is watching the self checkouts comes over and gets within 2 foot of me in the middle of a pandemic. No regard for my safety at all, and was talking on the phone. It was very rude.

I love the pick up and auto departments here, they are always timely and precise! My review isn’t based on the pick up or auto services. The other staff, particularly the “greeters” and cashiers. I have never felt more like a criminal in my life than when I walk out these doors. Because of my severe anxiety and the dreaded lines, I prefer to take advantage of the pick up and scan and go options. I have used the scan and go 2 times at this location. Neither time was staff willing to give me bags before shopping like walmart emails and app explained and both times I felt bullied by the greeters and treated as if I had just stole from them even though I had a half cart of merchandise and $300 receipts and most definitely paid for everything every time. The store itself is generally clean and well stocked, the staff at the front of the store just need better training. It is not ok for them to make good, honest customers feel they way they have made me feel multiple times.
