Drove 30 minutes to make sure I could get my babies prescriptions tonight. The pharmacy was closed when I got there and I was told they closed at 4 today... Now my kids still don't have their medicine and I have to make that drive again tomorrow. I just hope they're open

My wife (Tammy Graham) was just informed that she was banned from getting medication from Walgreens in Forest, MS. because she had to many doctors prescribed her medicine. She is a cancer survivor who sees multiple doctors at UMMC in Jackson MS. All from the same Hospital. She suffers from several different health issues stemming from radiation damage. She has gone through multiple major surgeries and is in constant pain, and they treated her like a drug dealer. If there were a rating lower than 1 star I would certainly use it. I think we need to talk to a lawyer.

I have always used this pharmacy for as long as i can remember. The staff has always been friendly & professional until now. Today I was attempting to have a prescription filled & in a nutshell, i was told that I can take my prescription elsewhere by the head pharmacist(J.M.) I won't go into specifics, but apparently, I must "look like" a "drug seeker" who is dependent on narcotics or something of sorts. This is the only pharmacy I've had issues with this certain prescription. Mind you that my left leg was amputated due to illness & I am a survivor of a gunshot wound many years ago that affects my back & walking. The pharmacist was very smug & sarcastic. The other employees also found humor in the consultation, which was totally uncalled for. I filed a complaint against this store & it is pending review. I wouldn't recommend visiting this pharmacy unless humiliation is on your agenda. I miss the old pharmacist who used to care about treating others with respect. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN!!

The pharmacist thinks she is GOD…. When Is recommend not to go without my medication “she made the choice” her words… to not fill my prescription I would like a response from corporate because I am reading how she has done this to others too … why is she still employed?

Drive thru COVID test was simple and quick. Results were done within an hour despite saying <24hrs on the website. The pharmacist was also helpful and gave good directions (better than other walgreens locations)
