I went in to get a few items. I had my small dog with me. I have PTSD and Social Anxiety and the dog is my service animal. The man made me leave the store or take the dog out even though he knew he was my service animal. He wasn’t showing any concern or understanding. He was very rude and disrespectful and followed us till we left. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never been told to leave in any Dollar General with my service animal. He does not have very good people skills.

There was a long line and the cashier was having problems with the transaction. That would have been fine had he called someone up to open the other register. It took so long I just put back the things I wanted to purchase and left. This really seems to be a trend with Dollar General stores. Poor customer service.

Around 10:45am ish July 4th visited this dollar general to get cereal and a pack of pompom cigars for the last yr I've been shopping here for cereal milk cigars on this occasion Jessie whom claim to be supervisor was cashier for me she asked for I. D. For cigars which is correct but I told her that's the first time I've been I. D. Here she with the rudest attitude as a coworker was leaving for a cigarette break Jessie stated rudely that she knows for a fact everyone cards she is here all the time.. Which was a lie because it's a black guy works there in the evening who cards no one she also said if I didn't like it I can never come back the rudest way of treating a caused customer she needs to be held responsible for her lack of customer service working in retail involves employees whom need experience in customer service she has none

First of all it closer to home Prices are great and The cashiers are very nice and helpful Except the older lady that wears the glasses she has a naughty naughty attitude problem other than that thing ate great!!👌👌

Store is never clean, there is always boxes of inventory on every isle needing to be put out, makes it hard to shop! The workers are not to friendly, they all act like there mad...

This one is close to the house and they usually have what I need good service it used to be a woman who had a attitude all the time she's been cordial since I heard any complaints.

Visited the dollar general on hwy 35. They r clean and neat. Have a great selection and convenient so I dont have to run to town always.
