Everywhere was closing up as I was traveling down the road and needed to use a restroom, not really a fun thing to be discussing here. This Dollar general doesn't have a public restroom, it has one for their employees but they kindly made an exception. On the way out I picked up a couple cans of soup for my dinner. Go to the cash register, then I realize I only have three bucks for a $4.17 purchase, pretty sure my credit cards were maxed out for the difference. Tried them and yes that is correct, embarrassed but can they take one of the cans of soup off. So the sweet lady hollored for her manager to do it. But I guess the manager was busy with something else and this sweet lady sacked up my two cans of soup, handed them to me and took care of it herself. Been a while since I'd seen that, I have to tell you I left a little starry-eyed. God bless these fine ladies!

Terrible! They had ONE cashier and there were people with huge buggy loads of stuff. It's ridiculous 😡. They never have any help. I'll bet shoplifters have a field day in all those DG stores!

Seems like they never have enough help here, lines are a mile long sometimes and you end up staying in the queue for awhile. Some employees are very friendly and a couple of them have nasty attitudes.

Quick in and out but don't expect to find everything that you want. Lot of empty space.

Very slow service with only 2 cashier's in the whole store ....really now...not the first time may want to rethink your whole matrix for staffing ....
