The employee that was supposed to be helping me, appeared not to have knowledge of the computer system, he could not locate my payment method, which has been in my record for as long as I’ve been a customer of CVS.This forced me to have to walk back to my car, (I am disabled) to show him my card. He was rude, extremely unprofessional.This is the second time I have had this same experience with this employee. I didn’t report it the first time but I refuse to allow him to continue to treat customers in this manner. He apparently is a relatively new employee and I failed to get his name.
