Store manager with the gray hair crew cut is rude needs to find another job or take customer service classes or get an attitude adjustment she also tries to ignore and avoid customers until she has no other choice but to interact if several customers need her assistance she displays attitude its another one too with no teeth very rude although the new guy is a breath of fresh air his hygiene and scent is pleasant he is super nice wise positive burst of energy and very helpful great choice cvs employing him will return because of his service need more workers with his characteristics

I changed from this pharmacy because of the poor customer service. Every time I went in there, the workers acted towards me like I bother them asking questions. Always rude. Like they don’t want to work there. I come to find my new pharmacy is cheaper and goodness me, the employees are friendly. When you’re very sick, the attitudes of others towards you makes a difference specially because I’m paying for a service. It ain’t free and CVS pharmacy isn’t cheap. It’s no wonder CVS locations are closing. So unfriendly and unkind

This pharmacy is absolutely garbage. The whole staff of this store is rude & not helpful. They pharmacy does not work in a timely manner, do not offer to help in any way, & do not care about their customers. I have been yelled at for not hearing because I was sick. I have had a tech walk away from me. I have had a pharmacist ignore me 2 different visits. I despise that my insurance requires us to use your pharmacy. I will be doing whatever I can to change pharmacies. This is ridiculous.
