This guy nearly ran me over while I was crossing the road to my car. Looks like a grumpy Santa. Be careful when you see him because he loses his temper easily when driving. Also, he is parked in a no parking spot, so clearly reading isn't fundamental for him.

Let me just say that if I could give 10 stars I would. So I strolled into Kroger today and was at the self checkout with a lot of groceries. A very nice young lady named Jasmine came over and started helping me bag up my groceries. She was friendly and very professional. Thank you so very much, your simple act of kindness really made my day.

The Pharmacist Emilee and the entire staff are rude, unprofessional, and messy. On numerous occasions I have been hung up on, they’ve shut down early on me, and have denied filling prescriptions for myself and my infant. Once I was told by the pharmacist to go to WIC or purchase formula that was prescribed to my baby. Additionally she was discussing me with negatively with other customers and she questioned me about my deceased nephew and mention that she lives behind my sister. Why are you digging into my personal life? ZERO STARS!

This Kroger struggles. Produce dept. in particular is often bare. Seems to come in waves. I now mainly go elsewhere because of the lack of consistent fresh produce stock.

They refused to sell me something at the posted price, and when I ask them about it they pulled the sticker off of the shelf. They try to hide their mistake but they're incompetency is ridiculous.There are plenty of krogers around go to another one..

The grocery pick-up is very convenient and the guy that helps me is always so nice! But Kroger doesn't have an easy system to replace an item out of stock. I called the 800 number sent with my text and they wouldn't help, i called the store and had to finally speak with deli to get to someone in grocery pick-up. It was all very confusing. Why not add a button to the out of stock item list they send that allows u to pick the replacement? It would not have mattered if I didn't HAVE to purchase 4 of the item to get the much lower sale price. So I had to add 1 more back to what was out of stock. Just need an easier system. The employees again are great!

This Kroger is clean and organized. Most of the staff can tell you where things are. They have a nice deli department, could use friendlier, more helpful staff there. I gave this store 4 stars because most of my shopping trip was pleasant and quick. Great produce selection, I thought their meat selection was nice for that size of a store.

I ordered a cake from Kroger on 6/25, 2 days prior to the date of pick up 6/27. I got to the store at 5pm on 6/27 my order was to be ready at 8pm but I came early to check on it. no one in the bakery was there anymore when they went to search for the cake. it didn't even get made. they called me the next day to apologize but at that point it was too late because I needed it that morning. I had to buy two separate cakes that were already made not fresh to make up for the large cake I had ordered. I had to buy my own products so I could write on the cake and it didn't look professional because I don't do for a living. I ended up paying more money for something that I had to do with myself. I've bought more than a dozen cakes from them in the last two years and spoken highly of them. The pharmacy has always been a disappointment and lately my groceries have been bagged poorly by the bag boys. I even received expired products on my Kroger car side orders. I never thought I would be disappointed in the bakery as well. To say this Kroger has gone downhill is an understatement. Giving 1 star is going easy on them.

On numerous occasions, I have attempted Kroger pick up. Every single time, something goes wrong, and the point of staying out of the store is null and void. I have to go in to get items that were missed or spend time getting a reimbursement or go inside to speak to a supervisor. If your hope is to save time, that’s an issue too. I go home and have to come back to the store for things that they missed. You have to always check your bags and even then, the attendants aren’t helpful enough to go back into the store. It’s been extremely frustrating, and it has happened at Kroger East and Dogwood. Kroger pick up would get a negative score and I won’t use it again. But Kroger’s inside staff are always helpful and friendly and handle my frustration well.

I wish I could give 5 stars but their dumpster makes it unbearable to walk through the parking lot to enter the store. Smell of old bloody meat pads and rotten veggies. This is the worse smell to enter into a grocery store.Customer service is awesome ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Normally have a good experience at this Kroger but tonight was a little frustrating. While using the self check out, the machine I used constantly told me to “make sure to scan every item before placing it in the bagging area” which is what I was doing. An employee (older woman) walked over and instead of being helpful she met my husband and I with suspicion and an unfriendly demeanor. She stood over us during the rest of the transaction, which was fine because we didn’t have anything to hide, but she did not seem understanding when the machine kept making the error while she was standing there. The only thing that she had to do was count the items that were in the bags to match the number on the screen but instead she made unnecessary comments towards us.

I am soooooo very disappointed with the pick up service at this store which by the way charged me $4.99 to pick up. I ordered a couple things I needed for New Years Day on December 30th, 24 hours before my pick up time of 1-2 pm. I received a call from Kroger asking if I could pick up at 3pm. I explained to the girl that I was going out of town so no I could not. She asked me if 2pm was ok and I agreed. Naturally I got there early at 1:45, checked in and waited. Several cars pulled in after me and got their order, still I waited. Had a conversation with the car next to me about how long we had been waiting. Finally a young girl came by with groceries so I asked her if that was my order (45 minutes later) she said no and added that she just clocked in and every order was “red” meaning nothing was ready. I then told her to cancel my order because by then I had waited an hour for 2 bags of groceries that was ordered 24 hours ago. I WILL NOT be ordering my groceries from this Kroger ever again!!!! 1/10 do not recommend

Kroger is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. The selection of vegetables is always fresh and great; I love how affordable everything is. Being a Kroger plus member is awesome as well. The point add up quickly and help us save on gas.

Very poor and rude customer service. They will never accept anything for return. If I buy anything in this Kroger, I tell myself that make sure it will be something I surely want to use because I cannot return at this store. Their pharmacy is another big let down! I always get the 'Ready for pickup' message at least a day (24 hours) after ordering it.

Worst pharmacy in town, dropped prescription off told to come back in 2 hours. 2.5 hours later told its gunna be another half hour. Wife needs pain meds after surgery. Go somewhere else save some time!!

It turned out that Kroger is marking up their prices in the system one or more days before they mark up the prices for products on the shelfThis is very confusing and not acceptable. Could be considered false advertising.

I am always hesitant about purchasing fruit through pickup because I’m not sure if they take the time to look at the items they choose. Today, I bought strawberries through pickup and when I got home to unpack my groceries, I saw that one is deflated with mold. I called to inform them and was told I could come back to exchange them. They should definitely train everyone on this.

The Kroger thatch shopped at was outstanding. It was clean and very organized. The people were friendly and seemed genuinely kind. Yherecis no better place to shop and spend hard earned money than in a place where you truly feel welcomed

Not sure what's happening with this store but the service has taken a serious turn for the worse. You wait 5-10 minutes at customer service, cashiers see you waiting and dont bother to page for help. I have been in several times this week to have seafood steamed before their dept posted closing time only to be told their closed or closing.

So we’ve never had problems out of your Pharmacy before today. However, the girl that I just spoke to was so rude and unhelpful. I called regarding my husband inhaler (he has asthma). She acted like she didn’t want to help at all. She said my husband didn’t have insurance on file. (I needed to know how much it would cost) He should’ve.... but I was willing to give the ID number over the phone or they could’ve looked it up under my name. She asked me to call back in an hour or come up there. I know you get busy. But my husband needed his inhaler. Also why an hour!? That’s ridiculous. She could’ve at least took my number and called me back when she got caught up some. I called spillway and the lady was super helpful and got it done immediately.

Love Kroger and the deals they have. This is my favorite kroger. Wish they had little buggies kids like some of the other Kroger. This is how I get there the store is with my little kid. I wish they had where they where i could order online and pick up like the other ones in madison and Jackson.

3 months ago this was one of the worst Krogers in the area. We used to drive past this one to go to another that was nicer. The produce section was small and had linited selections. The recent renovations have greatly expanded the produce, deli, and other options. It is looking like oncs they are done it might be the best Krogers in the area and we will do all our shopping here.

Was in on Christmas eve right before closing. Although it was busy, staff were still taking time to help customers. The produce guy went and got some bell peppers for me from the back because the shelf was empty. That was the one thing i needed to finish my Christmas meal. He was a lifesaver.

The store is new so it's suuuuper nice in there. Only drawback is that it's bone chillingly cold in there and the self checkout machines scream at you.Also, the parking lot is wonky.
