Bought a mattress cover and tried to return it bc it didn't fit , I had not even put on my bed I just picked up the wrong size and they wouldn't swap it out for the right size and I've gotten a pair of shoes and didn't swap them for right size. They rudely said they couldn't and why I don't know. There is no sign saying no refunds or exchanges it makes me not want to shop there

Happy to see store location in Flora; However it is. going down hill fast. Store not stocked as when opened some staff friendly others need to go. Check out male was not friendly and had to be told that I didn’t know my total cost as it didn’t show and he was rude when he had to actually speak. Store closes at moments notice. Been there on Saturday am abt 830 to find (manager) leaving said she was sick and had no one to work??? Yesterday went by 655 pm and staff was putting paper notice in door that they were closing at 7. What kind of business is this??? Very disappointed I thought we had a new business in town but.looks like they work according to how they feel

Family Dollar Store in Flora, MS is in desperate need of customer service training beginning with the Manager. The store already is mostly unstocked and the little products you do have to sale, you have an attitude with the customers and talking very rude and unprofessional with paying customer and then have the nerve to tell me that you are the manager. So to whoever owns this store whatever unprofessional manager that you have working on Saturday, March 26. 2022 at 3:11 pm needs to go through customer service training ASAP or your store will not be opened long. A lot of senior citizens are complaining about the poor customer service and bad attitudes from the manager.

After having no Fred’s store (sadly) there for so long; I EXTRA love having this store good for buying most all basics, and they have a great card/ gift selection. Also also have a pretty decent size party supply section. And more!!
