My wife and I moved back to the area roughly three years ago. We have patronized the area Dollar General store near Fayette, Mississippi. We found it to be unorganized, unclean, and lacking basic customer service. In my opinion, the employees appear to expect the customers to GREET them, and to say “THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US TODAY “. They should be mindful that if they don’t have customers, they most likely will not have that job.

I live in lorman and I frequently visit this dollar general. And I'm very sad with how this store is every time I go in the store there is nothing on the shelfs. It's not organized at all in anyway. It's very messy. The workers are very disrespectful they have their children with them at work. Very unprofessional way to run a store. And I repeat this is everytime I go in this store. I don't see how this store is making any money at all. Bottom line is they have absolutely nothing on the shelves. This store needs someone who knows how to run a business running it. I'm very dissatisfied about everything about this location and corporate needs to pay them a visit really soon

Love this dollar general, the employees here are especially polite and helpful. Other customers know that it's a pleasant spot to shop and for that reason they are sometimes under stocked so it's best to catch them on Wednesday's as the truck runs on Tuesday and its not yet organized. The stock and order is regained by Wednesday!

This was the worst Dollar General I've ever visited. Spiders and webs on walls and ceilings. Ceiling panels missing, the bathrooms were awful. The store was totally in disfunction with shelves empty and products in boxes on floor in front of shelves. Parking lot was dirty with paper and bottles spread all over the place. I will not revisit this place. It needs to be demolished and relocated.

Today's visit was despondent. 5.12.2021 yet eye am thAnkful that the store is 1.1 miles from my house 🏠, eye frequent other dg stores. the employees are basically wonderful. dg don't appreciate our business 🙄 or keep shelves stocked up like they do in non black communities in South West Mississippi and not capitalizing on the fact they have bn the only retail dollar store in Our community since the ice snow storm in February 2021. Ugh

Disorganized, isles cluttered, fire Hazzard, shelves not stocked, empty boxes in isles. A total mess, every time you visit. Worse store ever visited.

Dollar General was a good experience today. The head dept was able to fix the trouble i was having with my phone. Nevertheless, I am a true believer of Jesus Christ so i have Faith when things fell or i forget. I always stand strong and help others. Life is wonderful. Thanks Dollar General for your blessing of discounts. I hope one day someone will have a great blessing. One more remark: I woyld love to working in your store and we can give away a gift to an adult and a child doing each holiday. What an example of how other care so much for customers. GOD BLESS.

It's convenient, I love it and they have nice clothes, shoes and household supply. Dollar General has everything you need or want, just walk into the store you'll see what I mean. I LOVE DOLLAR GENERAL!!!.

I can’t find a better reason to give you a five star other than, you’re right there for us at Alcorn! Not always the neatest store and sometimes the cashiers are taking too long or not at the register when they need to be but you’re always friendly and helpful for me at least. Respect ✊🏽

The aisle was terrible. Boxes cart was all pulled out. Couldn't find things and or Couldn't get to them the floors needed sweat. Just terrible

The store is out of order. The store is unorganized, it's hard to see or find what you are shopping for. Stuff all over the place and warehouse racks all over the place distorting your view to the shelves in the aisles. Please fix this problem soon.

The store is always over stock with the stuff you don't need,and get by it because its in the aisles rather than on the shelf. Take a very long time to check out most of the time

It's newly renovated. Neat, so far. Kind of a one-stop shop. It's known as the "Walmart" Dollar General in our house.

The store is very junky, it's like a dollar General Store that gets all the stuff they can't sell in the other Dollar General stores and knock down the prices to get rid of it and never reorder the stuff again.
