Service and the food has gone down dramatically due to people not caring about the work they do no one has any pride in the work they do anymore it's so inconsistent no consistency there at all anymore to the point of you may have a good icie slush or it may not be any ice in it at all. They give you the attitude if you say something about it as well

My daughter and I visited Sonic around 1pm and they were packed. Every stall had a car parked at it and then there were maybe 5 stalls that had an “Out of Order” sign on it. We circled the restaurant twice and just as we gave up, we got lucky and somebody left. We placed our order (2 value meals and 2 sonic blasts) and to our surprise, it actually arrived pretty quickly. After we took one bite of the burger, it was pretty clear why it arrived so fast. The burger was cold and rubbery. I very, VERY rarely ever send food back- it has to be AWFUL for me to do so. I’m not going to spend $36 on something I can’t eat. We got 2 new burgers and drove off. Got halfway home when we took a bite out of the fresh burgers and they were so over salted that we couldn’t even eat those. This is the first time we’ve eaten at this particular Sonic location and that will be our last. Do better Sonic!

This is literally the worst experience I've ever had at the end restaurant!!! I had already finished my meeting and was halfway through my Oreo cheesecake milkshake when my straw got clogged with a graham cracker or whatever the cookie pieces are that are in the milkshake I removed the straw and then put it back into my milkshake and whenever I stuck it all the way to the very bottom of the I immediately knew something was not right very sick this stuff is either out of date or are they employees had not kept it refrigerated or something point is I just puked my entire meal up and now I'm going to delete the Sonic app and I will no longer be a patron to those stores..... By the way Sonic Drive-In y'all owe me a car detailing along with my $11

Sonic Starkville ice coffee is the worst after I paid 22€ for extra carmel I had to pour it out.to strong to bitter I stirred.i didn't even want my French toast because I had NO!COFFEE!

I travel a lot for work. I have been to literally hundreds of sonic locations all over the United States. This one is by far the best I have ever been to. I’ll never have one complaint the food is always good. The staff always act professional, and I always leave satisfied with the experience. Just in case you are wondering the absolute worst sonic in America is located in Kermit Texas. Check out the reviews. Just saying.

More often than not when I order food, it will be rung up correctly, but come out wrong (not exaggerating, not figuratively speaking). It's been over 2 years of the annoyance without saying anything because it feels petty, but I would love to eat my burger or burrito without my fries being cold from waiting on a remake, at least maybe every other time if possible? Or not using gas to bring it back and have to reheat at home. Just read the screen, the order is on the screen in the kitchen and maybe revisit the default ingredients in the menu options with the kitchen. I don't always have the resources or capacity to just cook at home or just get over chronically messed up orders on overpriced food.Adding in that whoever the person was recently said the carhops are pocketing their change, I don't believe that for a moment with how many times those girls have walked away with my trying to give them their tip.Changing this from 3 star to 1 star since y'all can't even be bothered to correct the order when it's not even busy just paid 10 bucks for a headache inducing attempt at breakfast when I already don't feel well.

What happened? This use to be the only and best “fast food” in town. We were looking forward to our meal, only to return to where we were staying while in town to find over cooked burnt edges burger soaked in globs of Mayo, and chicken strips that shouldHave been crispy looked likeThey had been deep fried and then laid under a heat lamp to dry…Tea was good.. went well with the bag of potato chips and peanut butter crackers we had for supper after tossing out the $39.23 worth of food we bought from y’all,Do better, anything more then your currently doing would be an improvement.

Great food, a little pricey for the product. Friendly eager to please staff. My order was messed up, but they were apologetic and quick to fix. Never run out of anything, and their I've cream is always working. Fast friendly and awesome.

Owners are great ppl plus if something is not right or sent wrong they will fix with no problem. I also get a burger and onion rings which they have the best onion rings and ice cream. Any ice cream u get is awesome plus their machines are never broke like Micky d"s

The food quality here has been progressively declining over the years. This time they forgot one burger in our order, and when it arrived it was cold and lacking toppings we specifically ordered. Bring back the white gravy in chicken dinners!

Rude service, never gets orders correct. The car hops feels the need to slap your vehicle and get an attitude while you're trying to check and see if you have gotten your entire order.

Ordered #1 with everything, no tomatoes, ez onions....got #1 with 2 slices tomatoes, no ketchup, no pickles, ez lettuce xtra onions. Also ordered md coke Zero xtra ice. Got very little ice.

I'm not sure what has happened to Sonic but the quality has gone down substantially over the past several months at more than one location. Sad. Used to love eating there.
