BEWARE OF A1 TOWING ... if they show up call the police they have been scamming people in tn and Mississippi for money. Don't discuss anything with them get they're truck number and call the police.... other then that. Customer service is super friendly look on the left side of parking lot for scan and pay or go inside AFTER 10 pm they charge for parking... really great food cheap love the Philly cheese steak

Booting and towing trucks, they like to take down the signs for paid parking. They’re working with a tow company out of Memphis to the bill is extra big. Get your Ashley load and get out. Do not stop at this facility.

Trucks DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! They will tow your truck out of state and charge 4000 ! They’re a truck stop that doesn’t want trucks. Don’t give them your money!This place used to be one of my favorite places to stop and I never had a problem so didn’t read latest reviews. Blindsided by some stupid security guard late at night threatening to have me towed. I called both the police and the manager out thereSince I was bobtail manager told me it was ok to park in the car lot. We’ll see how that goes. As of right now I will not be spending a cent here again

TRUCKERS BEWARE!!!!! Do not park here, they will boot and TOW your truck! The towing coming is extremely friendly, they’re just doing their job but NONE of the paid parking signs are visible so it’s all a setup BEWARE!!!! As you can see from the photos below, these signs set you up for failure so A1 towing can get mega bucks. This should be illegal and they’ve messed with the WRONG ONE!

Just got company message to never stop here what so ever. Our company of 1000 trucks and 5000 trailers just sent this message out. They are running a shady business with a tow business out of Memphis TN. Our company just got tied up in this mess last night. So you been warned.

Like other posts - this truck stop is shady and teamed up with a towing company out of TN. They remove their sign at night stating that you have to pay to park - driver asked attendant for information as there was something posted on the main door about having to pay to park - attendant gave little information. Few mins later, the tow companies has their people staged in the parking lot and start putting boots on trucks. After they boot the truck, they knock on the door of the truck and demand $480 to remove the boot. They get aggressive and start telling the driver that they will call the cops and get them arrested for trespassing.Long story short, $3500 - they towed our semi with a rollback to TN, racked up all these fees, tow company is shady and unprofessional.

Great place to take a break. Clean restrooms. Well stocked convenience store. Great coffee. Hot food bar that has delicious selections. Absolutely phenomenal cookies. Every time I go to Ashley down the road I stop here.

Man what a place to stop let me tell ya these people are precious! I never have been to a better place. What a breath of fresh air to find a place where they still believe in saying yes sir and no sir you know they been raised right ! I'm from Nashville Tn and I think besides my own children I don't see that kind of respect often sure do miss the day's when people actually raised their children instead of social media and video games being their escape goat.

Every time i use my debit card inside it charges my account twice. It takes a couple days to fall off. Bank says call store. Store says call bank. No more stopping there for me

This is the only 24 hour gas station in Ecru, Ms and it's decent enough, go there only occasionally not because I dislike it but they absolutely refuse to carry my tobacco products I have asked all manner of manager and employee to keep it in stock but they don't, every once in a blue moon I'll see that they have it and I make sure to buy all they have so they can't say it doesn't sell.

Some of the best food I've ate at a truck stop I had smoked rib tips spaghetti and fried chicken with sweet peas on the side only costed me 10 bucks 😋
