Usually I have nothing but the best experience at Jeff’s but today 28APR22 I’ve never been more infuriated in my life by pure laziness. The young man behind the counter at store 270 did not know how to process my fuel card and rather than call for instructions, he tells me my only option is to pay with another card-BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I’m contracted locally so I’m in this store 3 times a week, spending $700 a day in diesel fuel ($2100 per week).I’ve never had a problem with any other staff member in regards to processing my fuel card but it’s ridiculous to have someone waste your time when your basically paying his salary. Sad!
