On Friday Dec 8th, I took my car here for an Oil Change. Worst experience ever. Caucasian man(A) raised my car up in the air. He drained the old oil. Then was asking where was the oil filter located. A African American man (B) came over to (A) and instructed him let car down and fill the car up with oil. (A) complied. (A) asked me how many quarts of oil does my car take. I responded 4. After putting the oil in my car, (A) stated my car was done. I asked him if he was able to locate the oil filter and show me the location. He told me that it had been changed. He then called (B) over and asked him if he had changed the filter where was it located. (B) instructed (A) to raise the car back up and walked away. Puzzled, I went into the office and explained to Tabby that my oil filter had not been changed. As we were talking, another African man (C) came in and stated that they didn’t have an oil filter that fits my car. Tabby gave (C) money to go to auto parts store and purchase an oil filter for my car. I asked Tabby if I could get the owner’s information. As I waited, Tabby went out to garage and spoke with (B). (B) shouted “tell that lady to sit her mother find a down somewhere, we gonna change her filter.”That dispect made me go to the garage door and ask him what did he say. Tabby walked back in the office and (B) only responded with a stupid look. I have called the owner 3 times. I left my information on his voicemail. He has yet to respond. I guess he really doesn’t care how his employees treat his customers. This is the reason women such as myself don’t like taking their vehicles to get serviced.

This is a good place to get your tire needs met! I had a tire transfered off a rim & another tire put on the rim. I was in/ out of there within 10 minutes.

Quickest and least expensive oil change in the Meridian area. Worth the short drive into DeKalb from Meridian or Philadelphia.

These guys are nothing short of amazing and so honest and helpful! We were passing through and had a tire blowout. Not only did they have an RV tire on stock for us but also hooked us up with a fantastic tow truck guy! We were dead in the water without them!!
