Hey All my Wife and I were out on Saturday and we found a little hardware store in Crystal Springs Mississippi this old country store has a little bit of everything that you would need to fix or repair or just a home project. If you’re lucky while you’re there you’ll see a big fat cat very nice very friendly cat and follow you around. it has the old school field. You will enjoy going back to real hardware store.

Hands down, the best customer service of any business in Crystal Springs. Especially Randy; I believe that man could run the store by himself, blindfolded.The only con I have is that they need a larger building. This store has so much inventory that literally every aisle is stacked to the ceiling. God knows this must be taxing the employees to keep things organized. A 50% increase in capacity would likely make their work easier, and improve sales by making things easier for customers to find without asking for help.

Truly, this store offers the benefits of being in a small town. Personalized customer service with a smile and if you come often enough, they will even call you by name… and I like that! They have a little bit of everything. More than anyone could need for repair, renewal, or everyday maintenance tasks for the home, yard, and interior. The hours open are convenient and the location (downtown by railroad shed) is perfectly accessible with parking on side and out front. Favorite items and frequently purchased items on my list; 1) AC Unit filters - They have the best prices you will find anywhere and you cannot beat the selection of the various sizes (even oddball) they have in stock. 2) Ruffies Construction Trash Bags; 3 mil. thickness- decent price, extremely well made, plenty in box. 3) The variety of screws, nails, and nuts/bolts are offered in more sizes than it seems like I’ve even seen at places like Home Depot. Cons: Some items are more expensive than other places but I mean come on… you’re supporting local business and you saved time and gas by staying local. In essence, it pays for itself. My least favorite item: The paint selection is wide in range, but I personally wasn’t in favor of their branded paint over other brands I’ve used in past, especially for comparative cost. Not bad- but not great.At the end of your shopping trip, I love how I can grab a pack of nabs or can of Coke for a very modest cost on my way out. Oh and I do recommend the Local Honey by the cash register!!

Cs hardware is my local go to place. Austin runs a great store and his staff are good at what they do and very friendly. Not a shiny big box store but an older country store hardware, but well stocked

UPDATE 07.25.22 - Still a great store! So very personable and helpful. Everything is so much better than driving all the way to the city to go to one of the big box stores.Great small-town hardware store. Will definitely be back.

Great store now. The first good hardware store in town for many years ! Nearly always have what I need and are very helpful. Great friendliness and professional attitude. What more can I say? Not the same place it was a few years ago.
