We have used this store several times and the store is always well staffed, the employees have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.On our visit today Mason was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me because I had several questions.Some prices are higher than I think they should be and some seem to be about right.... although I base my opinion on Home Depot and Lowe's comparisons.My negative comment is that the store is incredibly over stocked with so much merchandise. How can they pack so many SKU's in such a small store?

Friendly staff, small store.Wearing a mask during covid times is not being enforced.Crowded and not well organized due to lack of space and trying to put too much merchandise out. They need to expand into their outer area. Prices are not reasonable, I recommend the locally owned in town hardware store or online shopping.Ace online provides the ability to order ahead and pick up at the store or have it delivered not sure about any delivery fees probably be dependent on order size and amount.

I am a Roofing Contractor from Summit, MS and I called ACE to see if they had any ice/water shield being we needed some for a job that was in the area. A lady named Mrs. Sandi answered and informed me that they didn’t carry it. But Mrs. Sandi did refer me to another hardware store that had it and she even went the extra mile to text me the number so I could call to make sure they had it. Employers need more employees like Mrs. Sandi.

They didn't have Click on VHS, but they did have at least 7 hammers, maybe 8. Idk if that one guy I saw comparing prices with Amazon bought his.
