Hello Corinth Walgreen Store ManagerCan you ask your pharmacy clerk if she/he thinks it is Terrible for amputee customer, that can not drive, that needs his insulin and the prescription called in three days early plenty of time for the pharmacy to get a 30 day supply & every month they tell him, we only have part of your prescription, you will have to come back in two days, then get there another two or three days, & then arrive & they tell him that will be 45 to an hour b4 it will be ready for him to pick up. This is every month, every month, every month. The point, understand if problem once a year, but every month is ridiculous. HELP PLEASESincerely,A Disappointed Business Customer

We went into this Walgreens to use the Fed Ex center. One of the managers came up to us and asked if we were there to drop off for Fed Ex. When we told her yes and that we needed to print labels she told us that they couldn't do that there, even though the website says they can, because they no longer had a password for their account. She then told me to go to the main Fed Ex center. When I told her that I didn't know where that was she said "well you should google it.". The staff at this store was so rude and unwilling to even talk to us. What happened to customer service? Why would you not be nice so that people would want to return to you store for other services? We will not go to this Walgreens again, for anything.

My husband went into Walgreens around noon on April 2nd. He wanted to purchase some beer for the evening. He placed the beer on the counter and produced two photo ID cards with date of birth. One was a New York State Pistol Permit, and the other was a Law Enforcement Retirement ID card. The store manager (April) was called and at first she said “This is not good enough “.After much discussion April begrudgingly approved the purchase. Mind you, my husband is close to 70 years OLD. He does look 👀 good, but will not pass for a 20 year old. We will be happy when another Pharmacy chain buys out Walgreens,

Slow service, make sure you bring cookies for the ladies behind the counter at the pharmacy or you will be there all day. I'm sitting here watching four people come and go after I've been wait here. Now they just asked me my birthday, stop eating behind the countertop where you deal with people's medicine and get my order done please.

Do not use this pharmacy. The extremely rude tech at this location should not work in a customer service position. I arrived at this location before closing time but was denied service and directed to the local Wal-Mart. I’m receiving chemotherapy and need to use drive-thrus, which Wal-Mart does not have. If the staff is unwilling to work past 7:50 PM, they should update their hours. Ridiculous.

‪Do not go to #Walgreens before checking other pharmacies. They took advantage on my 83-year-old Mom and charged her $67 for a drug that is sold at #Kroger pharmacies for $9. @Walgreens is highway robbery. ‬
