Well today is April 7th I am not from here from a couple states away. I will be honest I’ve been in retail around 30 years. I’ve never been treated so rudely cashiers being rude. Ask for help you are given the pointer finger we had to find our stuff on our own. Today we were given the pointer finger a few times as well. But one worker Daniel in hardware (we were looking for certain screws) around 9am to 1030 am helped us. A cashier argued with me then he and 2 other employees started talking about me. Well I have several disabilities (talking about my looks) . Unfortunately there is no other place to get what I needed .

Went to get lumber for deck and I am disabled and 62. My partner is 65 and has had multiple strokes. No one ever asked if we needed help loading our lumber onto our buggies and had to make a seen to get help loading our truck. I left hurting so bad that I was crying and couldn't get the rest of the things I needed from the garden center. If anything had happened to either of us because the young boys that worked there were standing in the back watching us and were to lazy to do their job's Lowe's could have been sued. I am disabled because of my Back and have a Aneurysm in my Brain.

Went in for extension cords found wreaths on table marked 50% off. When rang up they came up regular price. Told attendant she said let me call someone.she came back and said that's for real wreaths these are fake. Um..... no they are not. She said well they didn't ring up on sale. I said screw it. Went next door to ace hardware, got two nicer wreaths from two much nicer people on sale. Like all decorations should be a week before Christmas. Step it up Lowe's

No pricing for lumber is listed. It is either missing or so faded you can't tell what it is. No one in our 45 minute visit offered to help. We noticed several groups of female employees gathered together talking. Employees at this store avoid the customer. This has to be the worst Lowes we have shopped at.

First off I am not the type to usually complain. But I think I need to on this situtation. I bought a whirlpool dishwasher on 12/20/22. I paid nearly $600. We only used it a couple of times and noticed it wasn't going through the wash cycle. The dishes would still be dirty when wash was complete. We contacted Lowe's just a few days after purchase. They had a repair guy to come out. He confirmed that the wash cycle motor was not working. He said he would have to order me one and it would take a couple of weeks to come in. Well here it is nearly 3 months later and I still have not heard anything. I have called several times and all I get from Lowe's Customer Service is I am sorry. Several friends said that Lowe's should have refunded me or given my money back. I think that would have been fair. I just went to Ferrell's Appliance here in Corinth and so glad I did. They staff was very helpful. They sent a guy out to install me a new dishwasher and he did a great job. Ferrell's Appliance also told me that they have repair guys on hand if we have any issues. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to buy any appliances from Lowe's. Please take your business elsewhere. I have a new dishwasher just sitting in my guest room that I will just have to throw away. So sad.....

Amazing! I would choose those lowes over any! The manager Stephen really helped to resolve my problems. Also the fella that checked me out helped me make a great decision. I believe his name is James! Great job lowes!

I love going to Lowes as I consider myself to be a little bit of a boot 👢 legged handy~woman! When I am with the right person, I like to peruse through each section of the store just dreaming of the things I possibly do. Or, get into trouble trying to get accomplished 🙄 🤷🏽

We were looking for flooring. Am employee came to help and was great answered all our questions. They had samples that we were able to bring to to see if it was the color we needed. Told us everything we needed for the project. They have both self check out and a few people to check you out ad well. Quick in and out.

What is there to say about Lowe's. Corinth Lowe's has everything from washing detergent, to lawn mowers, washer,dryers, any tool imaginable. But the customer service at Corinth is like no other they will help u to ur car cut u some rope to tie with and even service with a smoke. I recommend going!

This place is great to find all your home improvements items. They are not to big on giving old pallets though. I’ve read they will give you old pallets but it’s been like pulling teeth when asking some employees. Yet I’ve had some who are nice and don’t mind at all.

We do a LOT of business with Lowe's, but the Kirk Supervisor (he felt the need to tell us his position at least 5 times) in the outdoor department needs a serious attitude adjustment. Not sure he is aware that he works in the customer service industry and how he treats people is a direct reflection of the company for which he works. When an elderly gentleman is just trying to get the dirt he paid for and points out to you that a few of the bags were ripped so he did not want those and instead wanted whole bags of dirt which again, is what he paid for the man's whole demeanor changed. And when we wouldn't accept the tape he wanted to put on the bags because that doesn't replace the dirt that was lost beforehand, the temper tantrum that came out of him was shocking to say the least. Sly comments when loading the dirt onto the trailer after wasn't appreciated either. Bottom line, you work in the public. Act like it or find a different job. Not a soul was rude to you or said anything out of the way but you made sure to give that very thing to an elderly customer who was just asking if he could receive what he paid for. Do better.

Employees rude & hateful. Too busy blaming other employees for mistakes they made to keep themselves out of trouble. A few of the employees will try to help you, but most are there for a paycheck & nothing else. Managers are not any better. It's like they go out of their way not to help customers. I'd drive to Jackson,Tn or Tupelo,Ms before I'd buy from Corinth, Ms Lowes

I was looking for eye covers for stove top and couldn't find em couldn't see anyone to ask I'm in the back back corner so ih well. On my way up front and out a worker who was coming off break probably saw my look of YEP here we go again. She was kind enough to ask if I needed help with anything told her what I was looking for and wasn't her area either but she said I don't think we have them if we did they would be here. She was very helpful and nice.

Always a wonderful experience at Lowe’s Corinth, MS location. Employees go above and beyond for their customers! Preston had the best attitude and was quick to offer his assistance for any need we had. Matt was also very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Literally 4 male employees watched me load my mutch and play sand. Had 2 customers ask if I needed help. The 2 employees by the mutch at least moved the forklift so I didn't have to carry as far and I mean I didn't ask the employees to help me!!

Employees are rude, not very concerned about helping customers, employees blaming each other about employee doing wrong, manager's could care less about trying to solve problem employee caused. Terrible store, we used to do all our business with Corinth Lowes, gutted a house, bought mower over 2000.00, but I'd drive to Tupelo or Jackson, Tn before I do business with Corinth Lowes!!!!!!!

Just not a good place to shop for what you need! Help is insufficient and when you get help, they are mostly uncaring and just want to be left alone! In short, I had rather go to Home Depot for my needs!!

Purchase a refrigerator freezer on 4/20/23 Preston and appliances was very kind, professional, and nice to me and my wife. He answered all our questions thoroughly, and we were very happy with our purchase hats off to Preston….😊😎
