Karen's customer service and overall knowledge when it came to helping me decide on a new formal business suit style, color, and overall comfort was amazing. She went above and beyond explaining different shirt options, how to mix and match certain hues. To top it off upon checking out she even had some very touching encouraging words to say that helped boost my confidence for my interview to come. She is without a doubt completely irreplaceable and from now on my go to confidant and trusted stylist!!!

The workers are kinda rude..they don't care to speak. Even left a buzzer on my jacket because the cashier was acting too impatient to pay attention. The detector didn't go off when I left so I didn't realize until I got home...

The salesgirl said she could help me, then inspected the item, and then started helping another customer. Nothing said to me at all. I waited and waited and finally another clerk came over and said they couldn’t accept the return because it looked like it had been used. Well, of course it had been used; how else was I to know that it didn’t work!?!?? I said “okay” and they just stood there. They finally went over and put the item back in the box so I could take it back. The first salesgirl should’ve told me right off that they wouldn’t take it back instead of ignoring the issue and going about helping someone else and having me stand there. They should’ve taken the item back. I ordered it online, picked up in store, and it said it was returnable. I saw some cute things on my way in this morning that I meant to buy after my return. Not only did I not buy those things, I won’t be back and I won’t purchase from Belk again. I will also warn people to not shop there. Shameful service. AVOID!!!

This is the only major department store in Corinth so it kind of makes sense why they wouldn’t have as large of a selection but they should look into getting more options in the different sections. Besides that the staff is friendly and is an over all positive experience in there.

Went there to get my son sized for a dress shirt and we received help from a very knowledgeable lady and she fixed him up with the perfect white button up shirt that was perfect and if I am going to be buy suits and church clothes and ties this is where I am going to be shopping.

The store was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. The stock level was down from the norm. I found out that if you use their app to check prices you will find a ton of great deals that are not always marked in the store. I found Levi Shoes that were on sale for $17.00! That is just one example. I found some great gifts at great prices. Again, I strongly recommend you use their app while in the store to verify prices. They also now have online ordering with in-store pick up.

Clean store. Well organized. Great sales . Hard to get assistance at the counter. You can stand there waiting your turn, and they will help the next person standing there. Lots of talking going on, which is fine . Plan on extra time to shop. Not a quick in and out store. Will return to shop when I have more time to shop. Great selection of mens and womens clothing and accessories.

I am in love with this store. I've never been good at picking out clothes but my kids and I all very much like the selection. The sizes are so consistent that I even shop online at belk now and haven't had a problem yet. For what it's worth, I'm 5'7 and i have a very large frame, large feet and legs. And a long torso, which is extremely hard to dress if you have one you already know. I find comfortable flattering clothes here and for some advice, it's much more affordable if you shop the on sale items only. Otherwise it's a bit pricy but worth it. Good material clothing that lasts and flatters my difficult to dress body type:)

Great clothes and housewares. A little tricky to get the right prices though or I'd give it 5 stars. As a good consumer, I caught the discrepancy on the product on a sale rack that was not honored and left it at the store.

I Would rather shop using the Belk application, due to the lack of inventory in my store, and the in-store associates aren't very good at providing you with all of the money saving coupons and deals! But, for the most part, the in-store associates are friendly and helpful to some extent, in certain areas! I do, however, love the layout of the store!

Good discounts but a horrible old lady helping out at the clinic section. I asked if they sold bottled water witch she ignorantly laughed and said we're not walmart. Many store like Macy's have bottled water. Being rude to people will only make people run to another store. She could have politely say no. What helped me give it 3 stars was the other cashier who gave advise to download app for more discounts. Hire more people like her instead of that old rude lady.

This poor store has gone to the dogs. Very little stock left and hard to find anything you need. It's so sad that it looks like it will soon be closing. The pandemic and all the extra unemployment have starved the store of people willing to work, which will quickly deprive it of customers willing to shop. It's much easier to find what you need online these days and I really hate that. Gone are the days of shopping in person. I feel bad for the workers still there trying to salvage what's left of their store and their jobs.

Friendly and helpful employees. Store overstocked with merchandise to the point it makes it difficult to shop. I don't enjoy having to, "push & pull" on merchandise just to see what's there. It's a little overwhelming for racks of clothing to be so jammed packed. Wasn't interested in their deal of buy one purse and get another one half price. Who shops for two purses at one time? And, as expensive as purses are a lot of people are probably not interested in shelling out that much money. Why not just put the purses on half price?

Just went to Belk to claim $30 of rewards from CC. Spent close to an hour looking for something me or my daughter would want. Hard to find. Belk doesn't sell our style of clothing. Finally settled on a wallet and t-shirt. Staff was nice though.

I'm giving the store a 2 because only the last 5 minutes of our hour there was the only helpful person there. The helpful ladie at the makeup desk. Quite frankly the only person that deserves to work there. The employes were rude, No One asked if we needed help, and there were mounds of clothes unfolded on top of everything, papers in the floor with hangers and clothes spreded around. More of a constant rush to sell if you ask me. That is why I gave the store 2 stars. It would me more but because of the current circumstances it deserves a 2 mainly because of the woman at the makeup desk.
