They refuse to deliver any mail or packages I’ve called them and asking why is this happening and they refuse to give me a straight answer I’ve even went there in person to ask about it but still no answer I haven’t got mail in my mailbox In months

I don't get a notice or any of my packages. Went in person to talk with personnel there and "one time" he was bitten by a dog. WOW- guy is 6' plus 220-250 lbs and scared of a little friendly dog a farmer rescued. I'm not sure when the USPS changed there slogan from- rain sleet or snow to I can't get my dress dirty but it is pathetic and shouldn't even charge for their service. That is FRAUD charging and not delivering. I had multiple packages and went to pick them up- they didn't even know they were there. I had to show them my delivery emails to get them to look- then guess what, they found them. Honestly the USPS has been riddled with waste and abuse and doesn't serve the needs of the public- like this location- maybe they should disband and become private.
