When I say that this was the best steak that I have ever had, I mean that it is the best that I have ever had. When my wife and I took the first bite we immediately looked at each other and melted along with how tender and flavorful the steak was.My wife had the Ribeye and I had the Bone in Ribeye. Each meal came with a regular salad and a Loaded Baked Potato. Now some might be saying that's not that much food, but when you see the size of the steak you will understand.Como has a limited menu but I see why. Como specialize in steak and that's the experience you go there for. The service and the atmosphere was great.It was a 45 to 55 minutes drive, but it was absolutely worth it. When you pay what you consider a lot for a meal you want the service and food to match or exceed that. In this case it did just that. I definitely recommend Como Steak House.

Down stairs is a nice restaurant, but I almost hate to tell you my favorite part. It's upstairs, to the left when you walk in. They have a nice bar area with outdoor seating on a deck and serve the trimmings (I think) of the steaks. They are PERFECT. They don't serve everything that's on the menu downstairs, but it's OK for us. Please don't go though....we won't be able to get a seat anymore!

I just left Como Steakhouse after a long drive from Memphis!!! First of all for everyone who doesn’t know they charge a gratuity on your bill!!! If I eat anywhere I always tip my waiter!!!!! Second they charged me a extra fee for me using my debit card (she should have told me and I would have gave her cash) I ordered my steak well done and it had no taste to it!!!! The baked potato was delicious and the salad was ok. There is no sign outside of this business but there is a small sign on the door of this businessI had a 6oz sirloin steak and my husband had a 10oz steak and we ordered a $8.50 kids meal for my 2 yr old which was some hard chicken tenders no drink

Typically, I really like this restaurant, but it really sucked tonight. I was the first one in there, sitting at the bar by myself. I ordered the 12 ounce fillet, a $50 steak. The tomatoes on my salad tasted sour, kind of like they had vinegar on them. My order was probably the first one in the restaurant, but it took about 45 minutes for the steak to arrive. I ordered the steak medium, but it was very rare, almost raw. The server offered me another steak, but I didn’t really want to sit there for another 45 minutes waiting. They threw it back on the grill, it was edible, but it was a very poor dining experience. You really let me down Como. I used to brag on your place quite a bit, maybe I need to stop that.

Got seated quickly. Waitress was very friendly & attentive.I usually like to have my meat cut and grill at home, but Como is the next best thing!Appetizers & steaks were all delicious.I'd definitely recommend Como Steak House.

We visited for our wedding anniversary on Wednesday night. It was not crowded so we were seated right away. Service from the server was okay. IMO he was just okay. We had to ask for water refills and he did not clear dishes away from appetizer or empty drink glasses without prompting. He never asked if we were there for a special occasion and he never came back to ask if we needed anything.So on to the food. Honestly I felt the 12 oz ribeye was a little over cooked for medium and was a little tuff with alot of fat. The taste was delish tho. The baked potato is mammoth and it was surely loaded. I do hate when all the butter runs out of the potato and on to the plate. The toast is delish. Overall it was good but not the best ribeye I've ever had. We also ordered the mushrooms as appetizers and they were out of the ballpark delish. In the end, we went with friends and had a good time. The checks were messed up so we had to sort that out. All in all I would go back again but I will be trying the filet next time. My husband got the KC strip and he was very pleased with his. I guess Wednesday nights are not very exciting for dining out 🤣❤️Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible and can easily be seated at a nice table.

We had hears great things about Como Steakhouse. So, we drove two hours to go and have a nice night out. We waited for over an hour. We were finally seated and it took forever to be waited and on.My granddaughter ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and was told they were OUT.I ordered grilled chicken and was told they were OUT. I said ok, I’ll take hamburger steak to which she replied we don’t serve that. (It’s clearly on online menu). So, I settled for baked potato and salad. Never got a refill the entire night.My granddaughter, grandson and their babies were with us. She asked for a spoon to feed the baby and the waitress replied we don’t have any spoons, I’ve never seen one in this restaurant. Gd asked to have her steak filleted and waitress said oh, we don’t do that. They ran out of bacon bits. They had no croutons for the salad.We were charged 18% gratuity for a group of four adults and 2 babies and never got a refill. Horrible service. The table behind us were having liquor and the waitress was very attentive to them and their needs. We will never be back.

Loud, crowded, and slow. But inexpensive prices for steak dinner.Ordered med well steak and got WELL. I saw other steaks that looked great. I guess it's kind of hit or miss. The taste of steak was good, just a little chewy. Also ordered sausage and cheese plate. The sausage was sliced THIN, then fried hard and dry. It was disappointing. They give lots of cheese, though.Ordered with friends and we got our food after they finished eating. When we questioned about our food, we got attitude with no explanation or apology.They are a nice option for folks in the area. Not worth the drive from the city. I'd rather pay more for service and atmosphere.Several people that I know, like this place. Everyone in our party did not have the same server. Their service was great. And several people enjoyed their food. I really think that someone else got our food and the server just brought the first steak available. Oh, yeah we were sitting right by the grill watching her look confused.It was an interesting experience that I won't repeat.

Went to Como steakhouse or the last time. Wait time was 40 min . Went upstairs to wait . 2 hours later I went to check the status of our wait and was told you have already been seated. Come to find out another party said they were the name my part was under and was seated. I questioned the issue and finally the staff asked the other party to get back in line and my party was finally seated. . Our waitress was trying to finalize a bill with another party that seemed to be disputed and after 20 minutes I went to find a manager to help. They didn't have a manager on site only a fill in that went to help the situation. We then ordered our food and after an hour of waiting ..it was time to leave. We had been at the establishment for almost 4 hours..When leaving our food came out and we were told we must pay or the police would be called . We said we will pay for what we have ate drink etc . We were told that instead of staying trying to be honest and pay for what was eaten ..."you should have just left " After all that was said and done the meal was paid in full and the restaurant gave all of us 100$ vouchers . Also was told they had new management and lots of issues lately. Customer beware . Poor service , Poor management.

I have experienced better service before. The waitress was slow. We sat there 30 minutes or so before we even got our 🥗. (A couple came in 15 minutes or so behind us, got their salads n meal, and ate an left.) Then we had to wait 25 minutes or so before we got our meals. 🐟 2 fish plates and a stake. 18% gratuity for poor service.

Hadn't been to this place in a while. However, I chose to reserve a birthday dinner here for one of my guest. The first waitress Cheryl had a terrible attitude. No professionalism or good customer service etiquette at all. She was rude and needs retraining. Then came Regina, who I give two thumbs up to. Had it not been for Regina cleaning up Cheryl's mess with the terrible service, I would NOT go back again. I'm glad I was in a good mood and didn't allow someone with no integrity ruin my reason for being there. The reassigned waitress we had was friendly and showed much better customer service. The food was good and we overall had a great time. Thanks Regina. I give you a five star.

Steak was cooked almost to perfection. It was slightly overcooked on a small portion of the steak but still a respectable medium to medium-well (I ordered it medium to medium-rare), to be fair my wife's filet was cooked excellently, (medium). Flavor was great, as one would expect from Como. It has been a while since I've been to Como, so it was my first time with the higher prices. It brings the cost up to something comparable to perhaps a Ruths Chris or other fine steakhouses, at least what they were a couple of years ago (I'm sure the prices there have gone up too, its just been a bit since I've been to one of those establishments also). This is understandable given the higher cost of food. However, this kind of moves the bar in terms of expectations. Thus, my rating. Overall, Como has great food and a unique setting, and we will definitely return in the future.

I was invited to Como Steakhouse for a family anniversary dinner. This place is amazing. The food is DELICIOUS. The only problem was that the server overlooked our table 3 times and served guests that were seated after us. After getting her attention, she took our order. Our appetizers were the fired Pickles. Did I say how delicious they were!. Followed by a salad. Did i say how delicious it was! Finally, the star of the show. The steak was BIG JUICY AND TENDER. Although I perfer mashed potatoes or fries with my steak, the loaded bake potato was everything!!!!! Did I say how delicious it was!!!!!!If you haven't traveled to Como Steakhouse, are missing out

A mouse ran across the bar while we were there. This place is way overrated. Expected to have a nice night out with my husband and turns out, this place is just gone downhill. Waitress looked tired and unkempt. Not to mention the attention seeking from the incredibly short shorts she was wearing. Food was just "okay"Not worth the drive nor money we paid. 20% automatic gratuity added at the end topped the whole terrible night off. Save your money. We certainly will.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the building is gorgeous. I have to praise their staff. It’s been a long time since I’ve had service this great. The waitresses were top notch!! I was also shocked at the crowd on a Wednesday night. It’s clear this place is a favorite. I had the 8oz fillet, salad, loaded bake potato, with sweet tea. The steak wasn’t as tender as I hoped it would be but the flavor was delicious and the baked potato was almost as good as the steak. Definitely worth the trip if you’re in the area.I will be back, if for no other reason than the attentive and friendly service.

Pretty good steak. A run in with another customer showed me they lack good management. No one was available to make a resolution for the customer. That ruined the experience for me as a customer at another table. The cook had lighter fluid sitting out next to the grill which is a safety risk. The food was decent otherwise.. Another cook and adult supervision tonight could've made this an amazing adventure.

This place knows what they doing with food! From the steak to the grilled chicken it's always amazing. I love coming here but be prepared for the wait. I do not recommend letting the wait for a seat deter you from trying this amazing food. If you like pickles, do yourself a favor and get the fried pickles appetizer. Thank me later.
