I Called rather then drive 45 minutes to see if I had a warranty on a sump pump I bought 6 months ago and was on hold over 15 minutes with lame music! Yes they need to change that music! Then I hung up called again put me on hold again for over 5 minutes then she gets on the phone says she's to busy to help me call back in a half hour or so. Very unhappy with the way she talked to me and they didn't give a name either ladies i talked to . .. I spend alot of money here every month. I think it's time to find another place for my animals food and supplies or they need to find better help and better customer service! Very unhappy customer with this Columbus store.

I brought my dog in because we realized he had run out of his food that morning! Unfortunately, his food hadn't been stocked on the shelves yet and was stuck in the back on pallets. Marie was so kind and helping us find an affordable replacement for the next few days until it was stocked up and so kind to my dog!

We buy our little chicks from here when in season and have good luck with them. Also the chick feed. We buy our dry cat food from here and it seems to be fresher 😊our cats love it! They hear the bag rattle and just wait for it!😄 Buy the same stuff from somewhere else and our cats won't hardly eat it🤷‍♀️

I buy my dog food from here as it's the only place that carries it locally. They recently went from 28 to 25lb bags only for the same price as the 28lb bags. Now I am trying to find a new brand of dog food with similar ingredients. Also, placing an order online for pickup is a joke. It's insanely faster to go in and get the order yourself. I am considering just ordering dog food and other things from chewey.

Store was well stocked. Seen 2 employees both didn't ask if I needed help. I did need help. Asked a women about a item she had no clue. I found one of the things I was looking for paid left.

This is the only store that always runs out of stuff that you need on a daily basis for your pets!! Woe and stays out of stock for weeks yep and has no clue when it's coming in! for a feed store this is very poor managed for a feed store! Time for a new buyer who knows what there doing!! If you have horses wow and hay has been out over a month now when they advertise you can always find your pet needs here is a lie!

I shop here regularly. This is closer than Lowes or an auto store. I'll drop in on the way just to see if they have something. They have tools, hardware and some automotive stuff. I get my dog food from here. Friendly staff very helpful. I found out they have a screw bin isle they sell it by the pound.You can order online and get it delivered curbside. Most orders are filled in 15 to 30 minutes.Now I never have to go to Lowes again. Which is the opposite service wise.

I have waited twice for an excessive amount of time on an associate to assist with buying chicks. On this 2nd occasion, I asked the cashier to alert someone to assist and still I was disappointed at the length of time I stood by the display with zero assistance in the end. There are 4 vehicles in the parking lot so assisting other customers is not a plausible excuse. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere.

Very clean and organized and have really helpful employees. You'll find items here that lowes won't carry or even petsmart won't carry. Their tool section is pretty decent. For home gardening they have just about everything.

TS needs to hire qualified personnel. I ordered a boxblade online, got an email that order was ready. Went there with trailer and was told to back up to the gate. Then nobody could operate the forklift, so I had to leave empty. Will not go there anymore!

It’s a good place to get all of your farming/fencing materials. I regularly buy barb wire, fence post, and t post from them. Prices are pretty good on those materials. I’ve fenced a lot with materials from tractor supply. The only problem I have there is that it tends to take a while to get someone to open the gate to get my materials. I waited literally 30+ minutes one time. Average is around 10 minute wait. Tried calling tractor supply’s customer service phone, but oh yeah there is a wait there too. So don’t come at me with Call us if you have a problem.

Don’t bother calling ahead for propane, I called to make sure they had some and 10 minutes later when I walked in the door they tell me they’re not pumping anymore for the day. Store closes at eight but apparently they stop pumping whenever they feel like it.

I've been to that particular store several times and they don't have never have anything that I stopped in for to pick up it is the shittiest I don't know what kind of store you would call it it's not a tractor store it's not like Home Depot you really don't have anything for anybody to stop in there for so I'm giving you 0 Stars I'll never stop in again even if you gave me a $1,000 gift card I've give it to the homeless and they would have to promise me that they wouldn't go to Tractor Supply Store LOL...... they just gave me 11 points for my review I guess I don't have to tell you what you guys can do with those 11 points..... I mean that's self explanatory

Real good place very friendly and helpful i have bought 2 pair of boots there this week bought my lawnmower there and few other things very pleased with it all just cant seen to get a credit card but that is dew to my own issues.

Like a county co-op. Seeds,seedlings and everything you need to grow. And all the support stuff. Just no big tractors but everything else for 1/4 acre farm to 400 acres. Horses, dogs, cats fish etc, all get fed. Great place where ever you are.
