Ari has been getting groomed at this location for a little over a year now & I always get Yaven to service her. Ari is a Pom & Yaven always does a wonderful job with her. It puts me at ease to know that she will always be taken care of and look her best when she leaves that salon. I seriously appreciate Yaven & the professionalism at this Pet Smart location. I’ll be back everytime because of it!! Thanks so much

I get my dog food from here because he is kind of overweight and they are the only store that has dog food for overweight dogs. Its pretty expensive but my dog weight has went down.

First and foremost, I NEVER leave review of anything unless I have had an exceptional experience or a incredibly negative experience. That said I have a list of reasons why this Petsmart location is absolutely terrible. The most recent would be this week.My dog was scheduled to be groomed Monday. I had been scheduled for a week and he was in dire need of a cut. When we arrived they said they would not cut him because he was matted… is this a professional grooming location? I take my dog to get groomed when he is matted or to prevent matting. They recommend Muddy Paws and it was a great experience. (Thanks for that rec guys.)Muddy paws tells me that they have at least 3 people a week coming in because Petsmart is referring/refusing service.I question the professionalism at this Petsmart location - and so should you!

We made an appointment at the petsmart in Columbus ms which once a year we get our older dog shaved, bath and nails done which was fine until my husband dropped our 2 dogs off this morning and was told by 1 of the employee that she wasn't shaving him because he's too hyper ok fine why weren't we told that at the time we made the appointment we never had that problem before if we would of known that before going we would of taken them somewhere else. Will not have my babies groomed there again.

This happened a few weeks ago but I had an appointment for my puppy. I came in & they turned him away due to having a couple of knotted hair spots around his ankles. He was pretty dirty just from coming outside but I mean I literally could’ve just cut the knotted hair with some scissors & been done with it. I feel like they didn’t want to fool with him because they didn’t want to do a lot of work. I took them to Muddy Paws & they had no problem. They actually agreed that they just didn’t want to fool with him. My puppy is no bigger than 8 pounds. I’ll shop at pets mart but I will not be using their grooming services

Employees need to be able to help customers locate items... kinda rude. Cashier was very helpful with discount without being a member, and gave me information how to become a member. Prices a little steep, but great selection to fit your budget.

Excellent job by my groomer Susan! Very friendly staff, short wait period, had her there at 8am and she was ready for pickup at 11am. My baby really enjoyed her visit!

Adopted two kittens when store was about to close two more hours.. kinda last min but the manager recommended us the food for kittens & she gave us coupon so we got kittens items for cheaper! I just wish they could tell us more about the kittens. And I feel like they need more employees

I was at the store 12/21/21. The employee on the floor cared more about being on her phone than helping customers. I purchased item's that were discounted and buy 3 and get the 4th free. It didn't happen, when i told the lady at the register about the mistake, she told me if your not registered no discpunts. I asked why wasn't i asked about this when i was checking out and she said you want your money back fine otherwise sorry. Very bad way to run a buisness. I wosh there was a negative 5 star.

Every time I buy my tropical fish here they died, The first time they last a couple of days, The next time I spent over $40 they died the same day 2min after I drop them in my 50 gallon tank!!!!! I’ve been caring for tropical fishes over 30 years.

Very rude staffA very rude old woman working there yelled at my two year old daughter and glared at my daughter in the eyes just because my daughter played with a tripod in the shop for a few seconds.My daughter was so scared, she doesn't even want to see the animals anymore. Check in and out was fairly simple and quick. It was my puppy’s first grooming so they handled her really well and she looked amazing when they were done. Only downfall was that her package was supposed to include a bandana or bow but they didn’t put one on her i didn’t realize it until i got home so i didn’t make a big fuss about it.

As a reptile owner for many of years, and with a lot of knowledge about reptiles. I have been super concerned about the safety and health of many of the reptiles. Many of them are too cold, under fed, and there are too many in one cage. I have seen leopard gecko’s in very poor health conditions, and even a dead bearded dragon. The chameleon was also not in the habitat required. I truly recommend not getting a reptile from there. Just so that they will stop buying them. I will give one star because of one lady’s assistance, when I informed them that the temperature was far too cold.

The staff has always been very polite and helpful. They even offer to carry my big bag of dog food to the car for me every time (which is a blessing because I have back problems).The grooming department has always done a wonderful job on my dogs. I would highly recommend the Columbus, MS store! Human and dog approved 👍🐾

My dog was groomed. GREAT SERVICE but prices keep rising. When there is so much Awareness for adopting pets, people really need to be able to afford their care period… however,OTHA as manager was a great choice!
