What has happened to Columbus Palmer home? Prices are too high for a thrift store! Salvation Army has better prices … I once bought lots from this store but not anymore! Whoever is pricing needs a thrift store price check!!!

Went in early this morning to get a work t shirt kinda in an emergency. At 830 . Doors were open I just walked in and asked if I could get a shirt and said you can't pay for it until 9. Stood at the door waiting.8 minutes till 9 a lady walks in and stays. The are nice considert employees who want to help. Really?

I occasionally go here, but when I do go it is wonderful.The employees greeted me when entered, there are many things available and for an unbelievably low price. The cashiers are nice and welcoming, and when I leave they always tell me to have a nice day.This is a nice and calm place and I strongly recommend for shoppers who want good at reasonably low prices.

They have a pretty good selection but they're a little too pricey for what I like at a thrift store especially considering the stuff is donated. It is for a good cause however I truly think if they would adjust the prices a little they would increase sales but that's just my opinion. The store could use a nice cleaning too but I am sure they're short staffed with covid. I will probably try again someday and see if they happen to be more reasonable price wise.

It amazes me that most of the stuff in this place needed to be thrown away. Items are expensive, you can buy for less brand new off clearance racks. A pair of shoes, appeared to be new was $50.00 that's ridiculous.

They pick and choose who get wear a mask in here refuse let us in but multiple employees and customers didnt have one on...Guess we was wrong flavor to spend our money in. Will request everyone to stay away from this discrimination people store...Plus why does employees get to pick what donations they want and take them to there vehicle not pay for them..

Signage outside says Identification of a Service Dog must be visible for entry. I highly recommend they look into ADA laws regarding service animals as there is no legitimate or valid identification for service animals within the U.S. nor is it a requirement for the animal to be wearing any gear stating as such. If you are only allowing animals with "IDs" into your location than you are only allowing fake service dog teams and discriminating against valid teams. Please go to ada.gov if you have any questions regarding service animals and what an establishment can/cannot require for entry.

The staff is nice. The merchandise however is lacking. The pieces on the shelf are broken or in need of repair. The good stuff is not on the shelves. I don’t know if the staff has picked over everything or if someone is coming in purchasing all the good items. It is not my place to go.

I picked out about $50 worth of items but after standing up front ringing the bell for a good 10-15 minutes, I sat it all back down and walked out. I figured the workers conversation they were having was more important.

Former store manager. The cause is wonderful..children of Palmer Home, the staff has a high turnover but is trained to be friendly and maintain cleanliness of the store while focusing on collecting funds through donations from customers, items are not laundered but are to be the best of the best that are donated (Wal-Mart doesn't wash their clothes either!), some items will be overpriced while others will be underpriced ( there are actual humans pricing things! They have a general price guide but no specific " must be" price for almost every item sold there.), and selection of items is strictly the items people donate..simple as that! I've been in the store twice in the past 2 years.. new employees, new management, and new customers. Remember that the cause outweighs everything!

Had lots of clothing, the most of the stuff was high prices on decor. One piece was broken and it was part of a matching set, they was price individual 15. ea. ask if they could discount because it was very noticeable. The lady working the front was very rude and said " NO WE DON'T DISCOUNT, BUY IT OR LEAVE IT. Well, you know me I left it. I wasn't asking a big discount because it was going to cost me a lot more to fix than I was asking 2. dollars off. To me that didn't seem like a lot, heck every thing there was donated. Oh well, they lost that sale and probably a lot me from me.

Nice quality women's clothes at very good prices. Books are arranged in categories by author's last name, which is very helpful. Store is very clean.

Great place to shop items are price to high, their pricing clothes, shoes, baby items and used appliances they are donated and their pricing the items like new store price. Wear torn shoes price $ 4.99 really that's crazy, please adjust the price for everything in the store

Their policy is no return. Make sure they fit before you leave. I feel that at the higher price you should be able to exchange if something doesn't work.

great thrift store. i'm a regular shopper there. the prices are ok. i'm on soc sec disability. the store helps me stretch my SSDI check. the employees are friendly and helpful. i'll continue to shop there.
