I'm definitely not a big shopper, but I went there today to pick up some shoes for my daughter. While I was in there, I started looking around and found all kinds of good deals. The staff was very helpful too! I ended up with 3 pairs of shoes and a set of bedsheets!

Love Belk! It's really the only store around that sells quality clothes for both men and women. It concerns me that there are so few people shopping there but I'm definitely a loyal customer!

I found great discounts on my friend and son's clothing but when I was ready to check out I had to go all the way to the front of the store to get checked out. The cashier wasn't friendly at all. Didn't say thank you or come back to Belk. I guess all customer service is out of the window. All three of the cash registers I passed were closed otherwise I wouldn't have gone there. No one was around for help or to ask questions about my clothing concerns. It was a Monday so I will give them 3 stars at least for the clean building.

All the employees were super helpful. Brenda went above and beyond helping us find our items and checking us out. The store was very neat. The restrooms were extremely clean. Great selections and great sales going on right now. The makeup counter associate was extremely knowledgeable. The parking lot was clean also. Our visit here was well worth the trip!

Store is getting fresh update. New carpet, lighting, etc. Management is awesome, stores head manager is super nice guy, staff is friendly. Nice selection from upscale brands. Terrific experience with the store. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. Can't go wrong here.

Nice store, shop here a lot, and nice people working here, but they don't have enough staff. Always have to hunt someone down at another register to check out, or even go to another department. Also, to save on cost they keep the AC off, or it always feels that way to me. Hot and stuffy. Lord help you if you're in a changing room. Love the store, but hire more help and put the AC on more!

It's a nice department store with name brand purses and clothing and they run really good sales a lot of the time. I love ther costume jewelry as well as the sunglasses. The back of the store has home decorating and appliances and I can't go into this section without buying some really fun gadget for my kitchen so I can stick it under the counter and shame myself for buying yet another appliance I didn't need (but the price was right). The clothes are casual to dress. I have bought the boys a lot of school clothes here for good prices. The only reason I deduct a star is because the employees i have encountered are not friendly or helpful.

Went to purchase something from the big and Tall Department very poor inventory choice and extremely limited Supply. Cashier couldn't ring up the shirt due to the inventory information then charge me $20 over the actual price I had to show her where the inventory was stocked so she could check the pricing horrible experience

The past two years this store has declined drastically. I've placed numerous complaints and nothing has changed. You can not be checked out without walking around the store multiple times to find a staff member and ask them to please check you out. Today - I stood at the register of intimate apparel for 6 min waiting to checkout. Then I called the store and spoke to the manager and asked if anyone was working intimate apparel dept today. She said yes they are at the register checking people out. I told her there was no one checking me out and I have now been standing here for 8 min. The manager then asked me to look around and see if I could see her. Then she said she would send someone. 4 min later a lady came to the edge of the department and yelled I'm helping other customers over here! If no one is checking out that department at least put a sign up to which departments might be able to help!

Found what i needed at a good price and of . coarse quality. Sales lady was nice. I need more clothes Not made with polyester which is too hot for me and which is the majority of clothing now sold. This is the first time I have shopped here since they stopped selling Ivanka Trumps' product.

Appears to be a good place to go to buy clothes for different occasions. I ordered a formL dress online from Belk and returned it to the store. I didn't know they had so many departments and variety of clothes to choose from as well as houseware.

Good luck finding women's bluejeans. If you're short and skinny, and love skinny jeans, it's the perfect place. It's hard to find stylish clothes if you're middle aged. Just because we're older doesn't mean we want frumpy clothes with big floral patterns. Another lady customer i spoke with had the same complaint. Please get nicer trendier clothes.

Anywhere that has name brand clothing and accessories is going to be more on the pricey side, and Belk isnt different. A very good place to shop for formal attire. They have a wide selection of colognes and perfumes from a wide variety of designers. The home section has an awesome selection. They have some very beautiful items!

And that's only because I couldn't write a comment without at least one star, and this rating is not for the whole Columbus belk, the lady in the home department was super nice and helpful, with our purchases and the discounts, but that women named Janet in purses, did everything she could to keep us from purchasing the purse we wanted, she gave us 1 discount, we pointed out the shelf said something else she called, they said give us the shelf discount, she preceded to get her calculator and said the shelf discount was already taken off when the sign said discount at register, but by this time she has taken the sign down and put it up under the desk. This lady turned my stomach.
