Wal Mart in Columbia, Mississippi. It's one of the best Wal Mart stores I've shopped in. Clean environment with wide aisles, with good selections and a friendly staff. The checkout was an amazing experience, and the cashier was quick and efficient. P.S. I have to admit that I was biased in rating the cashier since it was me.

Always hard to find an open check out lane.Edit- They seemed to have continued to decrease the number of actual people working the checkout lanes and increased the number of self checkout lanes. It's a great store, but the customer service has steadily declined.

Worst experience of my life at a Walmart, I was harrased by an employee. Called white trash for wearing work clothes. When the manager came out 4 employees started recording me. The manager was a horrid lady who did not want to hear about what happened but started being rude as well. Me and my kids just left our cart and left the store. This Wal-Mart is trash your better off going to a whole different town for whatever you need.

Why would you have your employees standing out in the garden center with the temp of 102 degrees and the heat index of 116 degrees? They didn't have a fan or anything of relief from the heat. This is inhumane treatment. If pets are not to be out in extreme heat like this, then why are your employees in it? Come on Walmart do better by your employees.

Three days ago, my wife and I had our radiator blow in the Walmart parking lot. It was late in the day, so we picked a spot way out of anyone's way and parked for the night. The next day, we went to Massey Dodge and they ordered a radiator, but it wouldn't be in until the next dayThe next day I took it back to the dealership but, the new radiator they just ordered had a hole in it. So, they ordered a new one. Meanwhile, the night before two managers from the Walmart store came to our camper and told us we would have to leave. We explained our predicament and after calling another manager on the phone, they said we were okay. The following day, however when I found out about our newly ordered, but defective radiator, I did the prudent thing and went to tell the store manager what happened and beg for another night's stay. The store manager refused, even though I told them I am a disabled veteran. Well, I didn't even have a chance to show them my disabled ID card from the VA. The store manager simply said "no" and that either we leave, or the I would make us leave. So, I found a campground nearby, loaded up the camper, put antifreeze in the radiator and left the Walmart parking lot. We barely made it to the campground before our truck overheated, again. That wasn't the worst part..., while I was unhitching the camper, I passed out because it was so hot out. Every joint and muscle in my body hurt so badly that I thought my wife was going to have to call 911. She nursed me back to health enough for me to catch my breath and sit inside for the night. Now, I know Walmart's policy on overnight camping has changed, but these were unusual circumstances and could have been handled differently, in my opinion. A pox be on this Walmart's managers for not allowing disabled veteran a courtesy for one more night's stay. I'm also thinking about calling Morris Bart.
