Well what can I say about dirt cheap in Columbia....honestly nothing to bad or at least not as far as the employees are concerned. I would like to see a larger store but I do understand it's not a very large town which is why I only gave it four stars instead of five. The cashier's and the guys who help load things and take care of the store are all an example of what good employee's should be. I'm not sure how many assistant managers there are but two that I've met have both been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Robert has been very helpful to me and there is a bright bubbly cashier who is a shining star with her attitude, organizational techniques, and math skills and just an all around very sweet young lady. As well she talks about her dad which is a great quality to hear from a young person. The store is always just as neat and orderly as any other dirt cheap is and as I've said before I don't mind the clutter or messiness one bit and I have spent a couple of thousand dollars spread over six different locations in the past couple of months. The most recent issue I had was with the store manager opening a box I had taped up for transport to see if I had hid anything extra in the box. I was quite shocked by this but was told it's policy at all the locations. I accepted this but couldn't recall this happening anywhere else so I purposely bought several open items at other locations to see if the procedure was in fact a company policy. I haven't had a package gone through since and after inquiring about the policy I was told at 6 other locations that there wasn't a policy in place to search open boxes, especially since most of the items had been opened and the time involved searching every box would add to much time at the checkout. I was told if someone was suspected of stealing then a search would be performed which I guess is why my items were gone through. Since then I haven't been back to this location.

Been going here for years, when we come home to visit family, usually love this place. But this year, walked in spent 5 mins and left. Very unorganized, didn't have a great selection of anything. Looked like damaged goods from Lowe's was all they had really.

I purchased a good bit of furniture at the time and these people were patient with us and worked with us in picking out what we needed and adjusted the price down, They delivered it fast and everyone was happy.

Got Halloween costume props for two of my co-workers and makeup for my costume for a grand total of $0.59!!! Love it when you find wonderful items like this at our local Dirt Cheap!! Plus this store is always so wonderfully organized and neat and clean!!

I only had an hour to shop, which isn't long when you've got such a huge amount of area to cover! At checkout the cashier was polite but ready to go home for the night and you could definitely tell. The other lady that was cashiering was rude and needed to go home!Clean restrooms are available for customer use.

Always messy and hardly ever have any men's pants staff don't half care but it's a big place and sometimes u can find something that's really cool for cheap but if it's not something as big as a chair it wont be where it was supposed to be LoL...

As clean and set up decently as can be expected, being they have barging deals, and things that come from other store. I was able to get 2 Moana posters from there, that were framed and coated originally 15 bucks, on sale for 3 bucks, when rang up paid 1.60 for each poster. Def a deal. We will be back for sure.

Love this store. Can find a lot of name brand items in this store. Everything from clothes to home building supplies, to recreational items. They have it ALL!!!!

Be careful, you will spend all your money in here 🤣 it a yard salers dream come true. May be a trigger for a hoarder, perfect for some one who likes to buy stuff they dont need just because it's so cheap.One of the best deals I got there was a nice above ground pool there for $125. Been using it for 3 years now.Oh also a $600 baby stroller for $70.You gotta know your product and prices though cause sometimes it's a ripoff. They were trying to sell a pair of GAP yoga pants for $30. No thanks, I thought this was Dirt CHEAP.

Terrible customer service. Asked for the price of something. Waited for over 10 minutes on a lady who said she would send someone to help me. Then I walk up to the front of the store and asked someone else for help. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Then I walked back to the back of the store and found another worker. I asked him for the price. He said ok. But he continued to unload his pallet and mark prices on the merchandise. After another 10 minutes or longer of waiting on him to finish, he finally comes to look at it.

The store was typical for a Dirt Cheap. It sold clothes, shoes, household items, bedding, decor, and a few small appliances. Many of the appliances were broken but still available for sale.

If u don't know about Dirt Cheap, man you are missing out. Huge selection of name brand merchandise at blowout prices. I couldn't afford to buy some of the items I have purchased had it not been for Dirt cheap. Thank you dirt cheap, you rock!!!

There's almost always a line to check out. It seems like there's never enough cashiers. It's been a little better lately. They need to have someone dedicated to work electronics.
