We love this store! The cashiers and stockers are friendly and helpful. The selection of meat is fresh, and the deli is amazing! Awesome seafood selection. There's also a pharmacy inside which makes picking up medicine a reason to grab a few items if you need it. A real hometown store!

I ordered a birthday cake for 25 people. Called to follow up to make sure the cake order was placed correctly and that it would be for 25 people. Picked up the cake. What a joke. It was a very small cake that might have fed 12 people. Also ordered chocolate cake and this cake was vanilla. Never again will I make the mistake of ordering anything from Ramseys.

some of the consistently worst customer service around and I've been here Numerous times. if you're an outsider or different in someway from "regular" the store workers will not do so much as acknowledge you. ever. the managers will not return your emails about such concerns either. expect to find your favorite brands only at a premium and don't waste your time expecting to find health food or organic food or dry food without preservatives.

Ramey's #11, I understand that the reason for the new set up of the store, or thinking I do, I believe it has to do with security. Shoplifting must be a concern. The navigation of the store is inconvenient. The way that its setup is a major headache if you are at the checkout area and have forgotten an item in the produce section it takes some effort to get that item quickly, there's no way to go straight to it, the inconvenience is that you have to leave the checkout area go to the back of the store then back to the front, get that item then go to the back again and make your way back to the front to the check out area. That's messed up. After shopping, it's tiring to have to make that trip to the back from the front, back to the front, then back to the back and back to the front to check out. Surely, there was something else you could have done. Seems it may have been cheaper and more convenient to post a guard at the exit instead of the inconvenience to every customer who shops at your store. That's just my opinion of your set-up, me knowing that the owner (Brad Ramey) doesn't shop at this particular store, so it's not an inconvenience to him.

This place is amazing! They have a deli restaurant inside serving cooked fresh food. They also have a salad bar. Clean friendly and a lot to offer

Ramey's #11 isa very nice grocery store. It was very clean, shelves were laid out with the customer in mind. Products were either stacked or lined up nicely on the shelves. The meat department was impressive. Did not have a wait to get checked out. Cashiers were very courteous and polite. This Ramey's is not on my beaten path but I will use them again when I'm in that neighborhood. Thanks Ramey's.

Ramey's has decent parking with the wide selection of grocery items. There's not a lot of staff but the staff they do have is very friendly. They don't mind showing or pointing out where different items are and help you select the best product available.

Love the remodel at this store!! They carry a wide variety of specialty foods and now have fresh sushi!! You absolutely can not beat their lunch!! The best home cooked flavor and the best prices!! Be prepared to stand in line because they re that good!!

The store was clean and, the cashier was friendly. Decent selection of food considering the small town its in.I wish they could get more of the Bordens Dutch Chocolate milk. It's the best tasting one when compared to the other brand sold there.

Excellent store. It is larger than the one in Seminary. The prices are great for what you get. They take cash, credit, and foodstamps. They even cash local checks. The staff is very knowledgeable . The store is very clean and well-kept. All the products are very well stocked on the shelves. And when you need help there's always somebody there that can help you. Yes i definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Rameys has really come a long way they are really updating their stores making your shopping very easy. Stocking up on things you used to could find around here like when my family comes from Nashville and want alligator skin kale you can find it there . So is very pleased to shop at any Rameys . I love the Sumrall and Collins is being renovated.

The prices are high. Of course only grocery store in area. Looks like the deli does well enough.. always a line for their hot plates. Im not gonna stand in long line to see for myself lol. So, your call on that. The pick 5 on meats..its lacking. I just moved here from Tn..better pick 5's at those markets than at this one in Collins. I understand prices are up everywhere due to the economy being what it is but Lordy. Needless to say watch for their sales and pray that the sales match what is needed in your household. The store is clean. I haven't had any bad experience with their employees as they seem very nice but are very busy.Being a diabetic it's hard to shop for the foods I need in a small town. Generally have to go to Mcgee to Walmart to find the items I'm looking for. As the saying goes..you pay for convenience. Price point is why I rated it with 1 star as that means alot to me. The parking lot isn't that big so if going there try to go on their non peak hours. Otherwise, you will be there a while standing in lines to check out. Rameys probably will never listen to the complaints on price points because their business is booming there.Good luck to all and simply be smart on your purchases. Personal note to management at Rameys..I understand the name of the game is earnings and the bottom line. Also remember, a community of people looks to our area businesses for understanding as well as not charging so high that it hits people hard on their earned income. If the the distribution center that your buying from is that expensive perhaps one should question the prices. If your marking up over triple your price then your trying to get rich quick and not looking at the bigger picture. Convenience stores mark triple shouldn't be this way with a grocery store. Tn grocery stores bought from local farmers to keep prices down..it aided the community as well as the people. Still the prices of other goods was high as those were from distribution warehouses.Huge thank you to our local farmers. We all need you.

Great place for organizing, food price s a little pricey, fruit and vegetables always look fresh, friendly staff. Like deli and sitting area. Saw a lot of smiles. Meat look fresh! But a little pricey. Only store in town. Enjoy to go there. Renovations have improved by more items.

The store is well maintained, most of the staff is friendly and helpful and clean. Rating 1 star for the poor customer service I received at the Collins store. I found what I was looking for easily enough, waiting in line for 5-10 minutes (4th in line) which they are usually have long lines when they have good sales running and don't mind the wait. However when it was my turn to be checked out today the cashier told me 'Sorry I'm closing." Her register light was still on when I got in line. No flashing light on the register indicating to customers that the register is going to be closing in the next few minutes to not get in that one. No barrier or marker on the belt saying register closed and didn't bother to say anything when I got in line. For the cost of groceries here being a bit inflated I would think Mr. Ramey's would strive to have excellent customer service as a company. I would much rather shop locally and support a local buisness, however if it takes me driving a bit farther to get better service at Walmart so be it.

Ramey's has recently upgraded. I like the new additions to the store which includes steamed seafood. The store is clean and spacious.

Do primarily all of my shopping here! Nice staff, clean store, good prices. Only thing negative I could say is that the produce isn't usually that great and overpriced. But love those Friday (& now Saturday) Sales!

Good deals on Friday and Saturday, only complaints I have is with the Deli hours. They close the deli at 6:00pm vit start the shutdown much earlier in order to clean the meat cutter and slicing machine. Sales Flyees and online shows store hours until 9:00pm with no mention of deli closing earlier.....wasted two 30 mile, one way trips to buy meat from the deli.
