The personnel at Family Dollar stores ( Collins & Seminary ) are always friendly and accommodating. I am so sorry that the warehouse in Kentucky didn't do their jobs as directed. This has placed a burden on our local stores as they can't get the merchandise we need in our small towns .

I tried to purchase some items using coupons Aug 17 but was denied. The cashier first said they could only take 4 coupons per visit. Then a store mgr said my coupons were not valid since they were printed from home. I pulled up the coupon policy on my phone and it did not state any of this. It had no limit on the coupons and print at home coupons are accepted. The mgr still refused to help me and also refused to give the general managers name. The mgr and cashier were extremely rude and do not need to work with the public.

A very nice employee of this location, whose name badge read the name Alicia, helped me with a phone purchase as well as airtime plan purchase. She deserves a raise for her display of freiendly, patient and knowledgable service while assisting me.

Nastiest store I’ve ever been in. It was filthy. Totally trashed. Aisles were blocked with boxes on the floor. Merchandise strewn everywhere. Empty shelves.

I will never go to family dollar again cornelies willams the manager accused my wife of shoplifting I was in the car went called her she was crying went inside to see what was going on I told him to call the law thay wouldn't I cused at him i went to the police to press charges the cop told me that this is already been a problem with him

It's always super crowded and hot. The employees are helpful and friendly but you leave soaked in sweat.
