I did a gun transfer with Covington County Supply a few months ago. It was a great and smooth experience. If you are looking for a specific gun this is the place to look first! They got nearly everything.

Went into store to maybe match some stain colors young guy in the paint section was so very helpful well as he could be we decided we may have needed to go with a paint stain and that was good with me but he clearly needed help couldn’t get any other employee to help with the correct mixing so I went up front to get to get him some help and you could clearly tell that the two that was up front didn’t want to do a darn thing went as far as to say I don’t think we’re going to be able to match said that without even going back and seeing what we had decided on or to help this young guy. Stain was not the only thing I went into the store. for I was looking to spend a good bit of money on other things I needed paint for other rooms they had the copper bathroom fixtures I have been looking for and was going to spend! We are new to the area and have built and were needing a reliable hardware and paint store but with the attitudes from those 2 men I don’t hardly see how this place will stay in business I certainly want be back I have never seen such poor customer service and unwillingness to help in my whole life! They tell you and us to shop local but how can you when you get this kind of service!

They have the merchandise, but I feel like they are way to high on a lot of things and that is simple greed. Just because you are the only place in town with the merchandise you can charge more than anywhere else. Coronavirus or not they could at least be fair with pricing

Cluttered store, items are not marked, the service counter is not helpful and is rude, the owners are extremely rude stuck up, and the place smells like the wood processor across the street. Skip it and go on to Hattiesburg or Magee.

Employees don’t know out of state gun laws. Wouldn’t let me buy a shotgun because I’m not a resident of MS . “Long guns can be purchased in any state with any state ID”. A little research goes a long way.
