Went to Clinton location today to purchase two swings. I was told this swing was $169. I took a photo two days ago showing it was regular price $129 and on sale for $99.00. from May 2nd to May 8th. Showed the photo to the manager. He wouldn’t honor it. Still trying to figure out where $169 came from when regular price was $129.

I always get my pet treats here but I had never been to this location. First glance the store was faced and fronted with no stock congesting up the isle's like I have experienced in other stores. There was an employee at every turn working but willing and I'd go as far as to say wanting to help if needed. I was very impressed 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Now I'm not anyone special so I don't expect any special treatment but this crew did make me feel like my presence was NOT a problem, like I have run into more often than not since the pandemic, but more like I was shopping with a friend who's willing to go the extra mile just to make my experience rememberable. Loved it !!! Whom ever the manager is at this location I want to say to you personally keep doing what your doing!!! It's being seen and appreciated!!! Keep up the good work and whatever you are doing for the morale to be so upbeat and contagious!

I bought a riding mower at the Clinton MS store after being sent there by the Flowood store. Isabella at the Flowood location and Beau at the Clinton location were fantastic to work with. I am very pleased with my mower, and the help provided by both. I would highly recommend both stores, and especially these two employees. My thanks to all involved!

Wow great experience. Looked for lawn sweeper and local TS did not have in stock So I drove to Clinton store. Clerks were all over me asking if I needed help. They immediately found my product and offered to assemble. Came back next day it was ready and the assembler helped me load, explained adjustments, ect. Everyone was competent any nice. Got a great piece of equipment (shown) $70 cheaper than Amazon and it was assembled.Nice job!

The Manager on duty (John Thompson) was extremely rude today. I purchased dog food and the bag had a hole in it with tape on it. I took it back to get a new bag, long story short this Manager was extremely rude and told me never come back. Tractor supply just lost a valuable customer over this Managers rudeness.

Awesome staff at the Clinton location!!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Charmaine the cashier was so helpful and courteous. I've been to several stores in the area and the Clinton location is by far the absolute best! Would definitely recommend.

At about 6pm, i called the store and they answered quickly. James took my call and assisted me with locating a kerosene heater that I had researched before calling. I gave him the item number and he excused himself from what he was currently doing to locate the item. He took the phone with him to the item and told me that they had two, and that also more had come in on the day's truck. He even checked on a few more items I asked about pertaining to the heater. I asked again for his name, thanked him, and told him I'd be there directly from work at 730-800. He said to ask for him and, if unavailable, someone would assist me.I was able to leave work on time and made it to the store by 715. Parking was wide open but full towards the front. I headed in and was greeted at the door by a young woman who's name I didn't get. I did a cursory search of the store, thinking I might be able to find the items myself, but was unsuccessful. Though the layout was fairly straightforward. I spotted an associate assisting another customer, and approached them. I waited for the customer to finish with his question, excused myself, then asked for James. He said that James was working in back, but that he'd go get him. I followed him toward the back and he went in. Moments later, he returned with James, excused himself, then left. I didn't get his name either. James reintroduced himself, shook my hand, and led me to the items. Bringing with him a flatbed dolly. He explained to me the product, answered even more of my questions, and loaded the dolly. He offered an extended warranty, I declined, then asked if I needed any further assistance, I declined that also. I headed to the register where the young woman whom had greeted me, was stocking the shelves. She was very polite, asked if I was a loyalty member, then totalled me up. I wheeled the dolly down the ramp to my truck, loaded everything, then returned the dolly to the front door.THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH MAKING A PURCHASE, THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!I've been in retail, of all forms, for 19 years. And when I tell you, that experiences like these are truly rare, you can take my word for it. I applaud the entire staff that was operating that store tonight.Oh, and the icing on the cake, tonight is the night before Thanksgiving.

Went to TS this morning to grab essentials for a baby goat who needed to be bottle fed. Ran into your associate Kelly and she was so incredibly helpful! Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know if she’ll see this but if so, thanks again girl!

Good experience for the most part. Don't care for the parking lot due to fitness center next door. Hate the steep steps to front door. Yes there is an alternative but a bit annoying due to parking situation. Dunno why some selections of dog food is always low or non existing . Best buy the next bag way before you run out.All in all, like the store very much, just not certain aspects .

Spoke with a Lawrence on the phone, I couldn’t even make it in the store. He was very rude and kept cutting me off as I was trying to introduce myself and explain what I was looking for. I understand we’re approaching summer and you may be busy, but if you don’t even have time to speak with a customer on the phone in a good-fashioned manner, well that there is a problem.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was at the Tractor Supply in Clinton and wanted to buy 2 gun safes. I called the one in Richland, they had three in stock and agreed to hold two of then for me until I could get there too buy them. When we got there they loaded both of them on a cart for me, I recently had shoulder surgery and could not have done it myself. Anyway all the employees at both locations were very helpful and friendly.

Clean, neat and organized. Helpful staff! Horse bedding pellet bags were set up so a cart could get to them easily. And I was happy to find all of the bags in good repair.

Cashier didn't want to sell us a product from the back because it took too long to get it out. Blamed the manager. Then asked another cashier for Manager's name and was told they couldn't give that out!!

Prices are raising I can't afford to travel to two or three places to fill my feed list. So as for my feed I have to buy at the co-op...Service is good BUT prices overwhelmingly...Just KEEP growing higher.

I NEEDED A DEWORMING MEDICATION INSTANTLY. I gave my pup (7months old) carrots, apple cider vinegar, and pedialyte to make him better. This morning he started back eating. I cooked turkey bacon and he was excited. He still won't eat everything but that was a start. I was looking for anybody to deliver same day or early next day for my puppy's deworming medicine And THIS COMPANY WAS THE ONLY ONE GUARANTEED TO DO SO. DELIVERY WAS A BIT PRICEY, BUT WHO CARES..I ONLY FELT THAT WAY BECAUSE I HAD ONE ITEM. LOL.....THEY HAVE A LIVE DELIVERY METHOD SO YOU CAN SEE EACH STEP ...AND WHEN THEY ARRIVE YOU CAN MEET THEM IN THE DRIVEWAY OR WAIT UNTIL THEY DROP IT OFF AT DOOR. I WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT HOW FAST THEY CAME AND THE SERVICE. I'M HAPPY!!! THANK YOU.
