"Apartment Depot is just a bunch of people standing in an empty warehouse saying, 'we ain't gotta fix s&@%.'" Lol.This is one of the best Home Depots that I have ever been to. They are VERY helpful, kind, and keep the store clean. I have been here dozens of times to pick up both small things and larger purchases. I will continue to choose this home improvement store over others in the area. Check it out!

This store is absolutely horrible, associates walk pass you don't ask if you need, the aisle are full of products, even a pallet jack with product and empty boxes all in aisles. All should be fired, starting with manager.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was searching for the white faux wood blinds. I needed half inch trimmed off. The employee was able to custom trim my blinds to fit my window. I love my new blinds.

I was looking for locks to change at my home. I walked in to the store and immediately I was assisted. A lady, in a flowery dress with curly hair and glasses,walked up and help me find exactly what I needed. I needed three lock sets with the same key. So she rekeyed the third lock for me. She was so pleasant and kind with a soft, gentle voice. Very knowledgeable and expeditious.

They lost over $300 in sales from me today. The one employee that got items from the locked area was unable to even tell me where angle grinder blades were.I waited over 45 minutes for someone to cut a piece of wood for me and the never came. So I called the store to try and get the manager. After 20 minutes of waiting.I finally left all my stuff and headed to Lowes. Finally got the manager Shay on the phone. She didn’t seem interested. BTW it seems most of the employees we’re hanging out in the tool rental section.I would rather spend a week at the Walmart on Hwy 18 than ever go back.

I usually order from Brandon stores,they were out of stock something so I came to Clinton to order some. I was there 7:00 pm 4/17 pro was closed so I went to customer service to order some thing around three thousand dollars .one person help me makes the order and then he tried to find someone help me pick up these, at the time one lady she has a short haircut on both sides and long on the top she attitude is very rude! She knocked on the table with her hand and said to me loudly (there was no one here to serve you now you should order before 24 hours or you need Waite for five hours to be ready) I said no problem I was waiting ,she still satirized me loudly there I don’t know what I did wrong.maybe she just in bad mood to vent her anger on me. I hope the manager can check their monitoring and see that her performance at the time was far worse than what I described. We go to stores to spend money no seeing you lose your temper

End of deal was great but one tall, thin, older man who came out to help, was not courteous. Seemed to have an attitude; not really interested in helping. Made a snide remark to me about price. I was NOT pleased that he seemed to see me, a female, as not knowing what I was talking about. Wish I had gotten his name! Not interested in looking for sku#. I pulled the sku# up on my phone easily. Walked off and didn't see him again. In the end the gentleman that came out with my husband was most courteous! The lady at the service desk was very helpful. The young men loading the tiller were fabulous! Great experience with the exception of the 1st guy!

The Clinton, Ms Home Depot is trash. Management is garbage and the workers are horrible. I've been denied an exchange twice. Each time management stated I was not able to exchange with state ID or receipt. I never exchanged an item prior. I feel this was personal.

I used to love Home Depot, but this store is going downhill. The employees aren't as knowledgeable as they used to be, and their garden center is abysmally disorganized and trashy. I hope they do some spring cleaning and get this place back in shape soon.

So yesterday I went to Home Depot In Clinton I looked around found what I needed waited for help no one was in my section so I went to the front asked if I can get help the cashier said she would call somebody so I went back waited employees passed me by nobody asked me anything after 15 minutes I left and put they on my list of places I would never spend my money my friend told me to try the one in Brandon and it was so much better all the employees spoke and was ready to help me I was happy to give them my money with no problem. But Clinton I will never step a foot in that store again.

This location is great. The customer service is wonderful. Staff is always friendly and ask if you need help with something. The only down side is that a lot of items you would go in store for are no longer available in store. You go to the shelf the item use to be housed on and find a card that says to order it online. That's a bummer. But the location itself is a good one.

Terrible customer service. I bought an expensive Ryobi lawn mower in June, and it stopped working in August. I thought I was covered because I bought an extended warranty, but no, I was told that was a different company, and I'd have to take it up with them. They didn't bother to tell me what company or how to contact them. They were rude and dismissive. I might as well have taken the money and set it on fire. You can't trust them to keep their word or support you. I will never set foot in a Home Depot again.
