Ace is the place with the helpful hardware.... I forget how it goes. Something like that. Anyway, this particular Ace Hardware is friggin amazing. I live nearby, so this is where I go when I don't feel like driving all the way to Home Depot or Lowe's. I add just helped by Enoch who was outstandingly polite and helpful. Just a really chipper dude, ya know? This place is great, it's the point.

I needed screws for my license plate. The gentleman grabbed a box and went to my car to get the correct size. He even provided the screwdriver for us to use!

Ace is my go to hardware store! The staff is always friendly and willing to help me figure out what I need. Just last week the manager was out front grilling and giving away samples. Excellent customer service!

Ive never experienced customer service this freaking great. Everyone wanted to help and were all very knowledgeable. They acted as a team and seemed to enjoy what they do. The manager was also top notch. Great deals and prices. Just all around a great experience. Great job guys!

I totally agree with Ty Ferguson's review - it's so rare to find quality, friendly service staff in hardware store's these days - I've visited this store many times in the past 6 months and they quickly became my "go-to" store for all my hardware, projects, and yard equipment needs. I challenge you to find friendlier, more helpful and knowledgeable service staff anywhere!

Awesome service here. Great place to buy a zero turn or handheld equipment. Also has a good selection of nuts and bolts. The employees seem to take pride in their job and are eager to help.

The guys that work here are so helpful and friendly. In these days and times it seems as if good customer service is nonexistent. So it’s always refreshing to walk into a place like this and feel like they appreciate you being there and want to help you find what you need. They will always have my business. Super helpful staff. I have never gone and not gotten the parts or the advice I needed for whatever project we were tackling. The last time that my husband and I went in, one employee suggested an alternate way to fix something and then cut the part to size for us for free. The other employee who actually checked us out hooked us up with a discount we didn't know we qualified for!Ha the popcorn was a bonus, too! Can't help but grab a bag when we go in and walk around!

Very well stocked and staffed hardware store. Unlike Walmart, or Home Depot you get immediate help with any project when you walk 3 steps through the door. They also are educated on the application and proper usage of the products they sell along with helping you load your vehicle with the products. I stopped supporting and wasting my time in the big box, under staffed, over priced hardware stores such as Home Depot since finding this place. The free popcorn at Revell is also a nice touch.

Went in looking for water hose nozzle and chainsaw chain. Greeter at front was busy talking to a buddy, didn't notice me. Walked around store looking for what I needed. Two employees passed me and never said a word. As I walked out the greeter was still talking away to his buddy , then I heard an employee ask a customer as they walked into the store " may I help you?" That's messed up. They're not very customer oriented.
