I ordered flowers over the phone from Texas Friday the 22nd of March to be delivered to my sister on Saturday the 23rd of March. The ordering process was simple and my information along with my sister’s was verified including the address that the flowers were going to be delivered to. I received photos of the final bouquet on Saturday afternoon before they were delivered and they were beautiful. Around 6:17pm I received a call from my sister that two ladies came to her place with flowers because they had been delivered to the wrong address. The flowers were not damaged but I paid for delivery and the address was confirmed. The shop was closed already but I called and left a voicemail on the phone that text me the completed bouquet.I called at 11am on Monday the 25th due to not receiving a call back at all. The young lady I spoke to was nice but even after asking for a manager she would not get on the phone. I heard the manager in the background asking questions but she never got on the phone. I was not calling for a delivery refund, even though that is what should have happened but the customer service should have been better since I have ordered from them before. This is just a teachable moment.

My Mother passed away after a long hard battle and I needed a casket spray. I called The Olive Branch in Clinton Mississippi and order a large beautiful spray pictured on their sight. Knowing this would be one of the final acts I could do for my Mother I was excited to see this beautiful arrangement. As we waited for the doors to open to view my Mother, I could see the spray. What disappointment I felt. The flowers were wilted and drooping with brown edges. My heart was broken. Please don’t use them for your important events. I was so embarrassed and hurt.

These people went above and beyond for us. Another florest canceled on us last min the day before a funeral. I called Olive branch and they put together a beautiful spray with almost no notice and met us because the funeral was outside their delivery range. So thankful for what they pulled together for us!

Over the years, I have ordered (and received) several floral arrangements from The Olive Branch. Each order has completely exceeded my expectations! The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and last much longer than you would expect. Aside from flowers, they also have many unique gift ideas (especially around Christmas).

Hands down, this is the best place to get your corsages. Everyone is always friendly and super helpful. The ladies put together a gorgeous corsage for my son’s prom date and even helped make one for my best friend when her florist failed her at the last minute…Olive Branch definitely has a new customer with her! I work at a florist so I know flowers and have high expectations and The Olive Branch florist made a beautiful arrangement for my sisters bday ! The flowers were all unique and arranged “garden style “ and in a rustic container just as I had requested.Very nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this florist ! Thanks Olive Branch !

I ordered a funeral spray that was full of roses which was a picture from their website. I paid extra for it to have more "fluff" bc I wanted it full. I received a picture of what the finished product looked like ad was told there were no more white roses in the warehouse. I was ok with that wish I was told when they found put. The spray looked bare for $200. I was not the one who pointed out how bare it was. When I questioned it it was told that i was at my max dollar amount altho it was NOT what I requested. However, McKenna was awesome. I like that they were close to my house, but was not satisfied with the end product

I’ve been by twice. Neither time did the staff acknowledge I existed. Quite overpriced for many items. Way (seriously WAY) too much stuff in such a small space. Not wheelchair friendly.
