Never will I ever patronize this Kroger again. I came into the store tonight and shopped as I normally do and noticed the manager kept watching me. She kept walking past me, she and the other workers as if I was stealing. She even watched me go to the checkout line and stopped to look at me as if I didn't see her. They even had workers watching me as I went to my car. News flash Kroger in Clinton I don't have to steal anything out of your store. I am a working-class, honest citizen who works for the federal government. I'm not sure if they thought I was someone else or what. But if you thought someone was stealing approach the person and ask them or verify, don't just make them uncomfortable by watching them. I remember the guy who watched me go into the parking lot in my car from another night. He must've thought I was stealing when I went to use their restroom around closing time, which I wasn't. I noticed they also called the police and seemed to be looking in my direction as I got in my car and watched me drive off. This location will never get another dime from me. Trust me whatever I lay my hands to I CAN AND WILL BUY!!!. I don't have to steal. And I'll be sure to add this experience to my overall experience when I do the survey on my receipt.

One thing businesses have to understand is their parking lot is a part of the customer service experience! This store has the biggest hole in their parking lot near the drive through pharmacy! No cones or anything out! So when it’s raining and water fills it you cannot see it! Nearly took the tire off my car! I was using CarPlay and the person on the phone heard it and thought something blew up!!!!! And I was only going 5mph!!!! VERY POOR JOB FOR MANAGEMENT to allow something like this!!!!!! JUST CARELESS!!!!!!! NEGLIGENT!!!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

Kroger is great, however, there are 4 items that Kroger has been out of for weeks that I have been buying there for several years. Not happy about that. I understand supply chain issues, but other stores have these items. They don't have a problem getting them.

I went to that Kroger all the time and one day I saw 2 employees smoking that nasty smelling weed in the parking lot a short light skin lady in a white ford. I asked her if they allow that from their employees she said yes they don't do drug screening. All I can say is that if anything ever happen to me there any issue I will sue them and encourage anyone else to do so because they don't seem to care until something happens.

Only one star because I had to!! This is the worst store to do a pick up order at. They will cancel because they have no staff or limited staff...unacceptable on all levels!!!! A young lady (Mariah)called me 3 hours after I placed my order and told me it had been canceled due to staff not showing up for work to fill my order. I asked for a supervisor (Olivia) and she said she had just left, I asked for the store mgr she stated again there was no staff (assuming even the store mgr. Did not show up), I disconnected yhe call🤬. In any business/corporation "all hands on deck" needs to be a priority if a dept falls short, customers shouldn't bear the brunt of failed leadership or mis-management.

Kroger Clinton tonight -1.17.24 - has the rudest employees at self check out.They are not friendly or helpful.Patrons are standing in line in the self check out with only 3 registers open for the patrons to scan, bag and pay for their groceries.They finally opened a “closed” register but gave no notification to the patrons standing in line that they had opened one additional register.NO EYE CONTACT - NO FRIENDLY COMMUNICATION ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL REGISTER BEING OPEN.- ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!What happened to Kroger’s customer service????Get rid of these front line employees and replace them with employees who WILL uphold the customer service experience that Kroger promotes!!!

It's been a while since I've been there, but I love the pre package items that were at a reasonable price $5 fruit $5 bell peppers & onions and more definitely will be going back

Kroger is a great store. Great variety very convenient and most locations are open 24 hours. They have very cleanly locations and lots of parking. The only reason i couldn't give them five stars is pricing. In my humble opinion some things you can find cheaper with them but most seem to be cheaper with their only real competitor to me wal mart who is to me the only grocery chain that they come second to locally. I also very much applaud them for having a all natural foods section that is generally well marked and separate from the rest of the processed gmo non natural in general store bought foods. Wal mart definitely does not do that but it should.

The light skinned black girl who has long ghetto braids at the self checkout near customer (on 8/25 around 3:30p) is by far the most rude employee I have encountered at this location. Her atrocious attitude for her job is how I feel about her. She needs to work in the stock room because she needs to work away from people. She’s probably to dumb to understand what customer service means because she works in a customer driven job and still don’t know how to treat customers. I’m not the kind of person she would want to be rude to. I will be elevating this to corporate as this Kroger is by far the worst one in the area and I’m sure management sucks there as well.

Sadly, I can understand why people go to social media to explain how this store has gone downhill. I live about a mile from the store and I think I will begin driving out of town to shop. The customer service I experinced today left me not wanting to go back to the store. The situation could have been easily handled a different way and I would have left with a different outlook.

I like this Kroger. I really like the butcher in the meat department. He's always so friendly and he has great cuts of meat! This store is clean and it's always organized. You don't have to wait in line forever to check out either! It's really nice

This Kroger used to be one of the best in the metro area. But the store has become disorganized and dirty.I attached a couple of photos of outside the store. This is sad. The shopping experience at this store has really gone down hill. The next time I go to the store I will take pictures of the inside.

Was in the self checkout line and the machine wouldn’t take my card and proceeded to charge me three times for my items. I asked to speak with a manager no manager ever came. About five minutes later the charges reversed themselves and I tried to apologize for my rude behavior because I was acting a fool in the meantime. I walk up to the young lady that I was rude to and she FAKE acted like I was trying to rob her. It will be a long long time before I return there. Customer service is horrible!

Overpriced, often has long checkout lines, customer service moves about as slow as molasses. But I've always been treated with friendliness and helpfulness. Usually well stocked. Can get incredibly busy with difficulty finding parking. Be very careful in the parking lot due to high traffic. On-site Pharmacy is convenient but busy and has long waits due to number of people filling prescriptions vs. available staff. Good deli area and bakery. Good selection of products.

Who is responsible for the store's inventory. The Clinton Kroger is constantly out of stock of basic items. The surrounding Kroger stores do not appear to have these shortages everyday like the Clinton Kroger does. We spend a lot of money at this store because there is not any real grocery competition in Clinton to choose from unfortunately. Very disappointing.

So I was on my way to pick up my online order, which was only my second time doing this, and they called to cancel my order because they were “short staffed.” No rescheduled for a later time. Just cancelled. Won’t do that again! I wish Kroger had a competitor here in Clinton. They are too busy to handle this town.

We've been in the area for about 6 months now, most of the staff have been kind but when asking for help locating items etc most staff don't want to help or just say they don't know where it is. We've had okay luck with meat but produce has been a nightmare with half of the produce spoiling within a day of purchase quite often we are finding produce molded in the store! We let an employee know recently that the strawberries were all molded. I had to run back to the store later that evening and the strawberries were still sitting there molded. The Kroger gas rewards are awesome and we will continue to shop here but will need to find produce elsewhere.

The guest care and money services desk always has 6-10 people waiting in line and the transactions are slow. I’m standing in line now watching one worker wait on all of these customers. There are 4 other workers standing around the desk and no one has the self awareness to hop on the other register and help. Extremely disappointing for such a nice store.
