I took my pug here for a hot spot and annual shots. The staff was very polite and so nice to our dog. We got his nail clipped and pugs can be extremely dramatic. They handled him so well. I will definitely be bringing my other dogs here. Thank you so much.

Our rabbit's dealt with gut stasis and this vets office has been absolutely wonderful, we had to make not one but two emergency visits back to back and they were able to squeeze us in both times to take care of basil. Whatever they don't know they take the time to call out to other vets and find out. These vets are working their butts off, and deserve all of the praise and snacks. Please be sure to thank them for their work and remember they're human too.

Christmas day 2022. My dog blue fell ill acutely on the Friday before Christmas. He could not walk, sit up, stand or even lift his head up. This was a rapid progression over the course of about 5 hrs. 12/24/2022 no vet's open. Only choice was emergency hospital in flowood. We went and stayed several hrs. Released only to have to return. 12/25/2022. The only vet open near me was huntcliff. Now we've been going for about 2 days. No improvement no diagnosis. Got to huntcliff about 830 Christmas morning. I had the best reception from Carrie, especially it being Christmas morning. Finally we met Dr stribling and she turned our hopeless Christmas into an event i could not anticipated. She and if discussed the Pratt hand and come up with a plan. I went back about 530 to pick up blue. In my mind he was gonna ne blue. I undershot my expectations. Got blue home no real changes. Dr stribling had gone ahead and started his meds for the day. Blue secluded himself. Not eating, walking,standing and so on. About 939 after several attempts to get him to wait and drink i finally fusses at him. About 10 minutes later blue came out. 2 bowls of good 1bowl water 1bowl of milk. His walk was not perfect but he was doing it. Later that night I took him out to go potty before bed. He was gone, couldn't find him anywhere. Called whistled nothing. Went back out to go look for him and her he comes rotting across the yard. Just a short time prior he couldn't stand up. I feel that it was the meds that we're administerd earlier that started to work man I was elated and want to let Dr stribling know. Of course no way for me to do that. Ok wow, after all that being said. In my heart i know his getting better was from pure love, compassion, and a very dedicated group of professional people who had the misfortune of working Christmas. Well I just hope that y'all understand the joy the love and gratefulness you put into mine and blues life on the most beautiful day if our lives. We thank you and love you always... We have been bringing our dogs to Huntcliff for years for healthcare as well as boarding. The staff is so friendly and helpful and Dr. Walker is so gentle and kind with our dogs. Our current dog is quite a nervous type and he never shows signs of anxiety as we leave him. His care has always been excellent!

Worst vet !!!!!! do not DO NOT let them take care of your dog .. This was my first time ever taking my dog to the vet . They promised to take good care of him (German Shepherd) . He stayed a whole weekend came back home still not making a bowel movement still not eating (They told me he was doing both) Over the next couple days I took him back again he was not eating or making a bowel movement (once again they told me he was) .. When I brought him home again he kept falling couldn’t keep his balance getting worse .. After gettin his shot records to take him else where they told me (Let us know how he is doing we are worried about him) ??????? But you guys are a vet but don’t know how he is doing!!! 1 day after bringing him home and taking him else where My Poor German S. Was put to sleep with a massive tumor which they had to on there X-ray. Told me his vital signs were getting better They were never getting better .. Thanks a lot Huntcliff !!!

Everyone is wonderfully kind, from the receptionist to the vet! Even the people in the waiting room were funny and sweet. Dr. Stribling was incredibly patient with my skittish cat and this overbearing cat momma! 5 stars, will be a lifetime customer

Great people and service! Really care about your pet! Helped me with a small emergency right before they closed. They took us right away and even stayed after little bit past closing to help us! Very much appreciated! Came back the next day for checkup and to continue helping my pet! Just awesome and affordable! Highly recommend!!

Two very good vets along with a host of trained staff who all genuinely care about animals render excellent day to day care for small animals. They are not however a pet hospital and are not able to perform the same level of 24/7 care and advanced testing as a pet hospital does. Huntcliff is best for routine care at ordinary vet prices. If you are looking for a lower cost option try The Big Fix Clinic in Pearl. It is a nonprofit and does excellent work also. If you need a pet hospital there is one also in Pearl.

I've used Rodney as my Vet for nearly 30 years. I have taken 8 dogs/cats to him in that time frame for routine checkups and vaccinations. Also 2 special needs pets were treated by him. Both received care that required time and patience. Nothing but excellent service from him and the staff. I have more than once ordered from online sources that Huntcliff facilitated, authorized the script. Recently had to start my "old man" dog on medication for a chronic condition. The staff called and shopped around till they found a compounding pharmacy at a more reasonable price.

My cat wasn't feeling well and I had heard good things about this place so I took her in. They kept her for a few days and I paid the bill and thought I was through. Then I got a bill a few months later, I called asking about the bill and they ended up just charging it off,so they will work with you if you have billing questions/issues.
