Stopped here because I wanted make an impulsive hat purchase. Was immediately greeted upon entry but hats section had boxes stacked up in front of it, which the employees acknowledged by mentioning that they were blocking hats. Well that limited my selection options as I could not see all hats. Advice is don’t block merchandise you intend for customers to purchase, during business hours. Otherwise, this visit would have received at least four stars.

I had an issue with shoes i ordered online , went in store and they were able to refund me ! I was in and out within less than 5 minutes .

This company uses local drivers to deliver your packages (door dash, etc.). The issue is that I didn't receive my package and now I'm having to wait up to 7 days for a refund before I can order the same item again..

In Case you were thinking of shopping at Hibbett Sports...I would definitely NOT!! My son bought a pair of Nike Baseball pants 2 weeks ago for $60, and the zipper busted out. I contacted the manager, Keisha Jones, and she said, I'm sorry but we can't exchange them if they have been worn." I will NEVER set foot in Hibbetts again!!! Nor my son!! HIBBETTS IS THE WORST!!! #hibbettsucks How come you have to give them 1 star...they don't deserve that!!
