Goodwill in Clinton should be closed down. They refused a car load of donations today because of a spider web on something that came out of the garage. 2 different employees approached me to see what I was donating. Apparently it was not something that they would want but I’m sure there are people who would love to have anything from shoes, clothes, purses, electronics but they refused to accept it!

This visit I found a couple of useful things. 1 actually new in pristine condition. A great find to use for adding to a royal theme/ candy table styling. Who says you can't find nice things at the Goodwill!!

The cashier was so sweet to me but she had to call the manager to ring up certain stuff but the manager was very mean & evil … She didn’t greet me nor speak just continued to roll her eyes the whole time, she hates her job & the customers I can see it…& the pricing is so expensive! I’ll never come back because she looked at me evil I’m patronizing this business with my money why so rude!! How does Brandon Goodwill have Better goods but is much cheaper! Save yourself from the horrible customer service & high overcharged prices they give u…go to Brandon’s Ms. goodwill & u can thank me later!

Second time this has happened to me here. I drove up at 2pm after cleaning out storage and garage, had a truckload of good sellable stuff, not trash, including a bike, lots of childrens toys, artwork, a lamp, and other random things but all sellable (I threw away the trash). The staff looks bothered by the thought of having to sort through these items. The manager comes out and says she can’t accept the these items, they are too full. Now my truck is full and I don’t know what I’m going to do with this stuff. I won’t waste my efforts trying to donate to them again. Very frustrating!

I visit weekly and enjoy the overall experience. The pricing is hit-or-miss in that one item may be $10 and the other $2 while they’re nearly or just the same. Recent changes to the merchandising looks great and there seems to be more inventory space which is great. Kentress who works the register usually is flat out amazing. Never skips a beat with great customer service!

This store is clean and well organized, but it is pricier than other nearby Goodwills. For example, rather than have one set price for shoes, pants, blouses, etc. each item is individually priced. Shoes are running $10-20 a pair, rather than a flat $4.95 like other local Goodwills.

Amazing store! Ended up buying a little bit of everything. Their books are greatly priced and there is a great selection. The staff was super friendly and left the store very satisfied and happy. As a teacher I found many small and cheap things I could definitely use in my classroom. If you have the time to hunt for treasure this is a place you definitely have to stop and check out.

The staff was ridiculously sweet and helpful. Very clean and well organized. It's larger than many other good wills so they are able to take donated furniture and larger toys. Almost all the furniture is under $100 and just needs maybe a slip cover if anything.

I am giving them 4 stars because I've been visiting this store since they opened and have seen the changes. I used to be able to go here and get some great deals but lately they've upped the prices because of things like a brand name (even though the shirt has a hole in it?) But anyways I'd suggest picking a different one, it's usually slim pickens when I visit.

I've shopped goodwill stores in 4 different states and this is the cleanest one I've been to. The cashiers are very nice. The clothes are arranged by color and type. The prices are great. I shop here once a week for new finds. I highly recommend this place. I've read that they are fairly new so I will say that clothes are their largest inventory for now but all goodwills have a ton of clothes. :)

I love love love this store. The workers are so friendly and sweet and we'll joke with you Very helpful when you have a question, nice clothing and furniture with reasonable prices, a clean store. They have two fitting rooms.. a lot of parking. Will make this my favorite Goodwill.

I enjoyed my visit. It's very clean and employees are nice. Items are easily accessible and good quality. Alot of high end brands for a very low price. I highly recommend it

Clean and clothing was nicely separated and sectioned. Pretty decent for a Goodwill👍 Only thing I didn't like was the fact only one dressing room had a light and the other one was out and dark.

Not a ton of merchandise yet, other than clothes, but it's still a great little thrift store, and I feel like once it's been open longer, it will have more to choose from. Even so, I got some great deals. Everything from books and movies to clothes of all sizes to furniture to bric-a-brac. Special markdowns on certain days make a specific tag color 50% off- this allows for some really great prices on clothing items.

Clothing selection is not good. Lots of the usual dollar store glassware. Only a few pieces of furniture and prices for it were way too much. Big selection of books and some good DVD titles.

It's just a good will store, nothing to brag about, clean. Like most thrift stores they sometimes don't know different between men's and women's jeans. Men go by waist and inseam, not 1-28 t-p. What is it about most thrift stores that separate pants from jackets when they get suits donated?

Great experience crew keeping store nice and clean and they were so courteous especially the manager here does not over step his authority while he is exacting with authority. Also the bathrooms are so clean

Extremely extremely rude cashier this past Saturday at 11am. 6/16/18. She got rude when we didn't want to donate to a local school???? What school? Where?Then the price went up $1 for the purse... she said " I must be trippin, I rang up the wrong price" have your $1 goodwill! Won't be back.

Today I visited the Clinton location,I purchased a car seat...the cashier lady had nasty rude attitude,1she left cash register when we came to check out without saying anything,then she tried charge me more than the item I purchased when it was inside the car seat,snatched my money then threw my money on the counter top I will not deal with disrespectful miserable workers with bad attitudes I want be BK her n that guy there both have attitudes then get upset cause u decided u don't want to purchase someone needs to teach them customer service training...
