Ok, some staff is very nice and friendly, and some isn't. Often the store is not organized and difficult to maneuver due to stock being in the aisles. I don't blame the staff as they probably don't have adequate number of employees scheduled to unload product and run registers and clean. That is a corporate issue and not an issue of this individual location. But as far as staff goes it's really hit or miss as far as how friendly and helpful they are. Often they are understaffed and you will stand at the checkout line for more than 5 minutes hoping someone comes to the register. Again that's probably an issue from corporate and not this individual location

The cooler needed help! But for a business that only give 30 hours or less to employees with no insurance plans what's to be expected from employees.Now day it's more about incentives rather than people just working and that's all they know. This is America big company needs to pay and take care of their employees and the stores will fall in place. The employee's were all nice and helpful.

This Dollar General has always been great. It is always well stocked and have what I need. Most times, I have the desire to buy more because of the many enticing products available, but unfortunately I am not able to because of my budget.

Most of the time, when I go in this store, no one is up front so there’s no telling how much product is being taken without being paid for. This store needs to hire more personnel.

Maybe I just went in on the wrong day, which happens to be everytime I go into this location. But here is a little advice. If the computer for one register goes down, check the customer who was next out, then get everyone else. The lady actually checked 7 other people while she asked me to wait for the computer to come up. Then when she checked me out she said i thought you had more than two things. It didn't matter how many items I have. But no surprise bc this location is one of the worst locations in the area.

Store is cleaner than others in the area. Seems stock shortage is going on but at least the aisles are clear to shop and move around. Nice employees.

Always great service here. The employees are very friendly. I can almost always find what I need here, and the prices are very reasonable. Great place to shop for a few groceries and even some cute home decor.

This Dollar General as all Dollar General's is more of a general store less of a dollar store. But they have great variety and decent prices and customer service. The only downside is they generally run skeleton crews of only about two people at a time at any given time so sometimes it can be hard to get help if needed.

long waits in the line. It wll be 10 or more people in line with only 1 cashier and the customers have to start asking for the manager, who is already seeing the build up of customers. Normal wait times on a Saturday and Sunday after 10:30 a.m. can be 15 to 30 mins in line with 1 cashier. Never go in that place thinking you're running in and right back out. imagine what it's like around the holidays, it like omg!

I get frustrated when the price is listed on the shelf sticker are lower than what they actually ring up as. It seems to be common reoccurrence at this particular store. From the Beauty section to the Milk. Beware. Other than than it’s your regular run if the mill DG store with these pros: never super busy, the DG GO app works here and so does cell phone service, also had a Nice Manager.

I like it because it's local. But the store could be more neater and more organized. It needs to be updated too. Sometimes their registers freeze which causes more wait time.

Convenient cause it's close to home, but they are extremely slow. Most of the time it's only one cashier checking you out. Also, store is a disorganize.

Customers service was terrible.The manager had a very bad attitude I won't go back there again.Service were very bad it's the store on Robinson rd in Jackson Mississippi. The lady always has a bad attitude I was there Nov.17 around 12 noo n.She don't want you asking for help finding things and she don't want you buying too much at one time.

So it was 3 minutes to 10 and the employees phone said 9:37 and she said that the store clock said 10 and they closed. I understand that they want to go home but I knew exactly what I needed and I was gonna be quick.

Typical DG with boxes everywhere and aisles blocked at every turn. One person working trying to be the cashier and stock at the same time. I don't understand why they can't staff them effectively.

As usual not enough stock. I downloaded a coupon and no stock at the Berkshire Street location. I am at work before the store opens. By the time I can get to the store...no stock. Poor advertising.

Junky, disorganized, and poorly staffed. Long checkout lines because there’s usually just one person holding down the entire store. It’s a chronic problem, gets worse by the year.
