I ordered a refill online, and was informed that it should be ready by 4pm the next day and that I would notified when it was ready. I never received a notification, and when I went to the pharmacy I found it closed.\n\nI waited another day, still no notification, so I then telephoned and ordered the refill by phone. I did not get a notification the next day, but finally on the day after I did receive a notification by text message on my mobile phone.\n\nWhen I went in to pick up the prescription, the price was different than what I had understood from the ordering process. When I asked about it, a pharmacist looked it up and said that my discounted price was actually for about 25% higher than what I had expected based on the online order. Then he gave me some kind of CVS discount that was still about 12% too high. I was briefly surprised that the computer systems could be confused and give me different information. But, then, he said that his system did not have my mobile phone number recorded. Well, remember, I DID get a mobile alert when the second order was ready. \n\nSo, now, I know FOR SURE that CVS has multiple different computer systems that DO NOT share information. That is surely the reason for what was effectively a bait-and-switch pricing fiasco. I will definitely shop my next prescriptions at other pharmacies.

Cruel, unprofessional, rude associates encountered on 12/27/23. Treated simple, reasonable customer questions as an occasion to give attitude. Zero empathy, zero manners. Would give -5 stars if possible. Very long wait times, pharmacy unavailable during posted hours. Only bright spot was a kind young gentleman working at the drive through window.

Should be -5 stars. Moved from walgreens to here. Am declared disabled, have medicare and medicade. Had to make multiple calls 3 way medicare to cvs to get a diabetic monitor under part b. Got meter finaly.In trying to get test strips Tech told medicare he's not 65 can't have medicare. Idiots don't know oh when gov declare disabled your issued medicare and medicaid. Now back at kroger. Cvs is not answering kroger on phone to transfer scripts. So they are holding my scripts hostage. Having to call doctors to get new scripts. Total waste of time. Oh shots apointment only. Oh good luck getting on phone and if 130p phone system shuts down.

My prescriptions were filled in error. The 90 day prescriptions were filled as 30 day and when I called to let them know they instructed me to bring it back so they could fix it. If they would have read the prescriptions correctly the first time this wouldn't be an issue. Plus I have to go back to the pharmacy several different times because they can never fix all my prescriptions at once for pick up.

The service and wait time is unacceptable given the current health climate. Please do not use this facility if you’re wanting express service (1-3 hours). My average wait time is 1-2 days for basic prescriptions. Walgreens is better. This location will inconvenience you.

Horrible service!!! No one ever answers the phone. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes 3 separate times starting at 5:30 trying to fill a prescription that was called in at 11:30 I. The morning g that was still not filled. This has been the case for the last 3 prescriptions they have filled for me.... Pathetic

The Asian woman that works in the pharmacy was so ruled they close at 8:00 it was 7:30 she refused my service I asked her could she fill my prescription 12 pills she told me I can pick up tomorrow or go somewhere else it's how she said it you can't get good service nowhere anymore she lucky I was in pain because she would have seen the other side of me I can be ruled as well Clinton ms hwy 80

The service is always slow, they do not stock commonly prescribed medications, and the drive through is closed.
