I moved my business elsewhere a couple of years ago due to their slow service, very rude and unprofessional staff, and their lazy work ethic. Today my regular pharmacy didn’t have my prescription and I tried calling and gave up after 10+ mins with no one answering. This pharmacy is the biggest joke I have ever seen. The only reason I put one star is because I couldn’t leave a review without leaving a star. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Save the time and energy and just go somewhere that is actually a pharmacy and not somewhere that just pays people to sit around all day in scrubs and ignore people.

Been on hold for over an hour. Call store side to see if anyone was working in the pharmacy and was told if I wanted to talk to the pharmacy staff, I would have to come inside the store. Really? This is unacceptable!! The pharmacy is even picking up the phone andhanging it back up

This pharmacy needs to hire some more staff. They absolutely do not have adequate help for how busy they are, they’re extremely difficult to get ahold of on the phone, the drive through takes forever. Just send your prescription somewhere else.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. CVS pharmacy app lies and says the prescription is ready for pick up. The pharmacist act like they don't know what you mean when you come for it. I feel worse for the seniors who have to wait 40-50 minutes for their prescriptions with nowhere to sit because pharmacy tech say they can't sit down in vacant seats. They reserve seating for the non-existing Covid-vaccine patients that are not there at the moment. Somebody needs to give these people a refresher course on professional courtesy and how to run a pharmacy with efficiency.

They really needs to do something about this pharmacy. No matter what time you drop your prescription off it takes all day for them to fill it. It should not take hours to have a prescription filled. Whether you have it called in, go through the drive thru or take it in its literally the same thing. I clearly told the young lady at the drive through I needed it before the time she gave which was 12. She said ok give me till 11am I get there at 11:40 and its still not ready. Give you 20min you say and still not ready. This is ridiculous 😒 this is the only CVS that does this. Moral of this review is if you need your prescription by a certain make this your last choice. I literally sat there and heard them say give us 20min to everyone 😒 😑 guess they have no idea how much gas is no one can afford to keep running up here. Not to mention they don't answer the phone so you can check before you head to the store. Literally over 2hrs to fill a prescription this is ridiculous. I literally watched them give someone the wrong bag of descriptions 🤦🏾♀️ atleast replace the nonchalant techs

Can I give less than 1? Pharmacy is the worst ! If you have stress issues, go somewhere else otherwise this place will push that stress button hard! You will need medication after attempting to get your medication! Can’t reach them by phone without 15 minute wait to correct the misinformation on App

My wife just spent 20 minutes on the phone to the pharmacy checking on her Mother’s prescription that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 12 pm today. While she was waiting for a person to answer, I went online to see what I could find out. The automated service said the meds have never been ordered. This customer service is beyond poor.

The ONLY reason they got This one star is because I had to give one star in order to leave the review. The one hour photo service is HORRIBLE! For the SECOND time I placed AND PAID FOR the one hour photo printing service online only to arrive at the store several hours later and be told that not only was my order NOT READY but, they don't even begin printing until the customer comes to the store. Why offer one hour service??? What if I had arrived on my way to an event where the prints were needed? Additionally, the employee behind the counter never did acknowledge me when I arrived. After standing there 20 minutes and watching her check out other customers I decided to ask if I could get some assistance. This place is awful. Avoid it at all costs.

I did not think it was possible to have a worse experience at a pharmacy then at Walgreens. But, surprise it did happen at CVS. They are out of medications that you need they can’t find a voicemail when your provider called you in medications. And the pharmacy staff is very rude . I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy in town..

My husband had to drive 30 miles one way, after a backbreaking day on the job that ran late, to pick up my prescriptions, because I am unable to make the trip this week due to work, and CVS won't mail them. He pulls up to the drive thru window at 8:02PM, verified in his Google timeline. The woman at the window looks at him, smiles, and closes the window. How is that for CVS caring? I am shocked at the audacity of this woman who cannot care enough to help a person coming to pick up prescriptions that are ready to go! On top of that she smiled while shaking her head and staring him in the eyes, shutting him out, all the while displaying that she enjoyed denying a person their prescription(s). What kind of people are handling prescriptions at this location?! So now another 60 mile trip, all thanks to this woman without a heart. CVS Doesn't care.☹️🗓️ 7 months later:So time and time again CVS has let me down. Tried to cut slack due to COVID. But today, and last week they have shown me it's past time to find an alternate pharmacy. Hopefully one exists.🙏 If anyone knows of a pharmacy that isn't a 🤬, please do share. Help to save me and others from CVS treating us like 🤬.So again, a 60 mile trip after being told they are out of stockof my monthly medication, I mean come on, I get it monthly, duh 🤔. I was told, 10 days ago🗓️, it should be ready on 10/22.I called ☎️10/22, spoke to the same pharmacy person, was assured it would be there by 3:30 that day. I drive from Vicksburg to Clinton to spend 10 minutes explaining to get the drivethru attendant it should be ready. This is after spending 20 minutes in line.Once the drive thru person dug through two different computers, and pulled pharmacists away to assist, she finally told me the same thing I'd heard for days.They are out of the medicine I am past due for. She doesn't know when they will get it, provides no assistance helping to find it elsewhere. And I leave to drive 30 miles home ⌛.Then the app says it's ready. Except now it's Tuesday and I have to work and they will not deliver 😫So today, I drive 30 miles to get my medicine, almost two weeks past due. I get there. CVS store open. CVS Photo, open. CVS Pharmacy closed. Seriously ⁉️⁉️😫⚖️ Maybe being a pharmacy is their side gig❓ 🤔So another 30 🕰️ mile 🚘 home, dodging many, many 🦌. Still without my medication for which I should have been out of for 12 days, and instead I get to suffer through the effects of being taken off the 💊 my 👨⚕️prescribedme to take daily (I'm 🤢 because I have none).🆘I had hoped this CVS would be a much needed addition to Clinton . I have tried and they continuously leave me without medication while the pharmacy treats me as though I am wasting their time when I do not graciously accept their failure to do their job. I suppose I should thank them for causing me to make multiple calls, after being forced through the automated system (another complete waste of time), then being fibbed to by their employees, wasting time trusting what their employees tell me, oh and today, I can get beer, aspirin, photos, but no Rx. I swore it was CVS Pharm💊, not CVS 🍺 Barn👨🌾👩🌾, or CVS 📸🖼️ . 😮💨I am finally free of CVS Pharmacy!! 🎉Yes, it's true, and I hope never to return. Although I do want to point out I've never had problems with the store portion of this CVS, it's only been with this particular pharmacy I am reviewing.Save yourself grief, go elsewhere for your medications.

I have currently been sitting on the phone for 20+ minutes on hold trying to get in touch with the pharmacy. I have gone to get my daughter’s prescription 3 times and each time was told it wasn’t ready, or suddenly out of stock and had to be ordered. Really? I have a sick child needing medicine and the professionalism of this pharmacy is terrible. We will be switching to Walgreens after this experience after 6 years of using CVS. So disappointed.

Personally, I have never had any problem with the staff, and they always make sure I am attended to and help me to the best of their ability if I do have a question/concern. I have also filled prescriptions with them, and the wait is no longer than a small shopping trip around CVS. The only down side is that the store is a smaller CVS, so they do not have everything I want. New arrivals tend to arrive later, and they do not hold all the brands that CVS as a company carries.

I don't care for this CVS at all. Pharmacy departments has 3 people that are nice and it was one lady that worked up front was really nice and sweet but she that was last year I believe. I don't shop there and the only reason I was there today was for my grandmother's medicine. The people in the front might make eye contact but don't speak. I can count on one hand how many times I have gotten a greeting from the workers in the front. It's a few girls in the pharmacy that are stuck up. I told my grandmother to change to another pharmacy.

I have been disrespected by the pharmacy workers twice with today I'm tired of coming here i myself don't get my prescriptions or anything else from here .my patient dose therefore I have to come I hope that it change very soon hiring. Someone just to fill a spot wrong because all they want is a check the one on the register around 1: needs a good talking too.

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to and I will definitely not return. The pharmacy here is so understaffed you have to wait to get your prescription filled, you have to wait to get your prescription picked up, and you have to wait for anything else you might need. They have two lanes in the drive thru, but if you have a pick up you must use only the left lane but there is no signage to indicate that is the case. This is actually my second time to visit this place that is a disgrace to the CVS name. Given that the corporate entity that is CVS allows this place to exist it may be time to evaluate my priorities and head to Walgreens.

This place is soooo incredibly slow. If my insurance didn't require me to get my meds here I would be like... deuces. I mean we have 9 cars in line. And nooo movement. I have a screaming infant in the back. CVS remains one of the higher priced pharmacies. Let's go already.

Worst place ever, my dad had abdominal surgery we got to the pharmacy at 2:00pm dropped it off & its 4:00pm so two hrs later my dads pain medication has wore off, after telling us it would be ready at 3:00… he lives in Utica ms so we won’t be coming back EVER again! Staff is rude & have pathetic work ethic’s.

Worst place I’ve ever been, my pregnant sister just went there today to pick up her medication because she had to be rushed to the hospital for stomach pain and the lady at in the drive through name Glenda had a very nasty and violating remark to say because her married name was still in the ER system and on the medication and she’s recently divorced, so Glenda looked at her medication and stated “I hope now this keeps you out the emergency room” in a very rude way assuming she knows why she is taking the medication. She needs to be fired because that’s a violation of patients privacy!

The muscle tech product your selling is not on anyone's shelves but yours. The product has changed a while back. So why would I purchase anything from you? I seen a few products in your store that supposed to be white but the boxes and turned yellow. Is this just a Mississippi thing of more sorry out of shape people to lazy to do anything? I can't give this location any stars because they rate a big ZERO! Worst CVS I have EVER been in! I tried to support them when they moved to Clinton but they have lost my business and the rest of my family. They are not friendly, they act like they don't care at all about their customers. Let me relate my last experience because it is horrendous. I dropped off two bottles for two different prescriptions. When I picked them up 4 days later, there was only one leaving out my Lysenopril for high blood pressure. I had to go back and they said it was expired. It was renewed in May. This is the second time they have done this since May. They do not call and tell you - "they have too many customers to do that". They didn't mention it when I picked up the other one. They said they called the dr. but what they really do is fax because they are too lazy to call. Many doctors do not respond to faxes as does mine. You would think they would have current records of prescriptions and expirations. This happened a couple of months ago and the dr. office called them in the prescription and so why don't they have that current information? I informed them that the prescription was just renewed in May. The lady pharmacist then turned it over to a gentleman and I had to go over it again. He said the dr. would have to be contacted and I explained that I did not have any high pressure meds for tomorrow. His response: "Well, you have all day tomorrow!!!" Yes, and you had 4 days to let me know and also when I picked up earlier. Now what if I had an incident from not taking my medication? Are you going to be responsible for that???? Or it is another case of sweep that under the rug? I really didn't like his response and I told him "not to worry about my prescription". His response, "Okay". Period. Not concern, no apology for not following up, complete and total disregard for his customer and my health. I would say he and his fellow co-workers are in the wrong profession. I am moving all our my family's prescriptions elsewhere. These are the laziest bunch of employees yet! I intend to let my friends, family and Facebook friends of 4800 know about this. (My husband starting coming to you at my encouragement and sent a request for his prescriptions over the internet. When he got there, they were not ready and they said, "oh, that thing doesn't work!" Haven't had any problems here the several times I've filled prescriptions with them, and always a much shorter wait than the Walgreens down the road.
