Walmart grocery pick up needs to do better. Been sitting for over an hour waiting for my food even though I got a text saying my order was ready. Asked an employee what was up and said my order is still processing? A $50 order? Watched at least 15-20 cars pick up $200+ orders come and go within the hour. Yet here I am still sitting and waiting. We pay these people how much? Smdh.

No problems on this particular day. The owls were completely filled with carts from employees not doing their jobs and restocking items. So I had to move things out of the way to get the groceries I was looking for. Produce at Walmart is always low far. The bread that I got from the bakery yesterday has molded by this morning. As long as you stick with Frozen and canned goods there doesn't seem to be an issue, as long as you don't mind doing self-checkout because ain't nobody working the register to help you. So it's a full self-service store if you're expecting any sort of assistance go to Dollar General

This was an out of town visit, looking for distilled water for medical purposes. If you don’t find it near the water and pop, check the infant department. They stock Distilled water in the infant department.The staff helped out while looking for it and it was a problem free visit.

I went in Walmart in Cleveland Mississippi a week and a half ago with my OTC CARD and bought some food my OTC card paid for everything I bought but the computer showed I still owed $94 the two women saw the computer made a mistake and they told me the computer made a mistake and I had my receipt in my hand I told them I got two witnesses that everything was paid for and that the computer made a mistake they told me either I pay the $94 or leave th the basket of food in the store I left the food cause I didn't have the money to pay for it I ain't been in there with my card no more and I would advise anyone else who has a OTC card don't go to Walmart in Cleveland Mississippi

This Walmart is poorly ran. I called out there to tire lube express and the phone kept ringing. I called other departments and the phone kept ringing. I called corporate and filed two complaints on this day. I had to go up there to get a quote on tires. The management there all have nonchalant attitudes. It's not one good manager there. Walmart has got to do better.

I am an avid visitor of this location and in the past, I have enjoyed every experience. However, my view has changed for the worse. Although the location has quality employees, they represent the vast minority. The principle of budget hiring has finally reached its parallax. Notably the department cashiers do not reflect the service ideal shared/promoted by common business practice. My most recent visit presented myself and other customers with unprofessional behavior and blatant disregard to promoting your sales. Bluntly, you are wasting money at this site. I understand that your business hires people to build solid community foundations, but what I just witnessed benefits no one, especially your profits. Consider this, you may be replacing the federal/state welfare program, because your workers had more fun antagonizing the shopping base than serving them. You might want to address your managers as well, because leaders can't lead when they are following their subordinates. GET MORE QUALITY PEOPLE.

I can always find what I need with no problem. Personally, I use the app to guide me to what I am looking for versus asking a representative. Self-checkout line moves at good pace, but if that's not your forte, the cashier lines aren't usually too bad.

I like wal mart especially this location, but I really don't care for some of their cashiers. When I have a lot of stuff, I'd rather for the cashier to rotate their bagging towards me so I can start putting my items in my shopping cart. Why tf is it away from me? Then I prefer to swipe my card and then wait for my receipt so I can go. I have other stores to get to. And also all those cash registers but only 3 to 4 cashiers on duty. Hopefully my next visit will bring my star rating back up, but for now, it's staying at 1 star.

They don't have certain products in stock when you're looking for them and when you look for an employee, you can't find anyone. If this continues, I'm going to have to find me another go to store.

DO NOT USE THE AUTO DEPARTMENT!!None of the employees know what's going on back there. Manager was supposedly the one who was supposed to be at the desk but wasn't. Long line of people waiting and when she finally did show up she caught an attitude with everyone there. Technicians were nice they just didn't know what was going on. I paid for road hazard on my tires but it's wasted money cause you can't get anything done here.

Not too bad... Just seems that they don't have what you want when you want it... On top of the inflated price, the things they have are not the best looking things. But if you are looking for a bunch of inexpensive, poorly made items from China than this is the place to go... They keep it clean. Also... They never have an actual person running a register. I'm sorry Wal-Mart, I don't work for you so I'm not willing to self check out... Unless you're gonna give me a discount for doing your job

The service was quick, the food was OK. It was not what my wife requested, however. Main complaint? The french fries were supposed to be unsalted, and fresh. They were neither. They were salted, which let my wife know they weren't fresh. Everything else was OK.

Had the worst experience with groceries pick up. I arrived 30 minutes early waiting for my items to be ready at 5pm only to find it out my ordered was delayed for another two hours. Once I checked in, I waited for almost 2hrs only to never receive my items. After calling the pick up department to no avail because someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. At the time of pick up, I had covid so I was unable to enter the store due to my being on quarantine. What an awful experience first experience. If I could give them zero stars, I would!

Walmart has been slipping when it comes to customer service. It is a shame I have to order certain products such as vitamins off Amazon. When you ask one of the associates for assistance they catch a attitude real quick. In the hottest heatwave the Cleveland Walmart has little to no air. Walmart need to step up their game.
