Pharmacy staff are often rushed and short tempered because they seem perpetually short staffed for the volume of customers they serve. When they say they close at a certain hour, that's when they close - even if you're in line at the drive thru (Can't really blame them if they're on long shifts with minimal break times and having to work at near super-human pace all day on your feet).Made an appointment for a vaccination online for 3:45 today and pre-filled all the paperwork on the Walgreen's. Arrived a little early and checked in, but was told that I would need to re-fill out the paperwork since I needed to have printed copies with me (app/web site mentioned nothing about that). There were still 5 people ahead of me at 4:15 and neither the pharmacist or technician were yet to give a single shot because they were slammed filling prescriptions. I had to leave to meet other obligations.I used to have my prescriptions filled here until I discovered that the cash price for many of my medicines were less than what insurance charged - but they never clued me in and I'm sure it has cost me thousands of dollars over the years that I used them. Use another provider in town until they address their staffing and customer service issues.

The store is well ran and organized. I saw the Store Manager Quincy working along with his staff, he definitely lead by example. The pharmacy staff is friendly and display excellent customer service skills. Walgreens in Cleveland, Mississippi overall has extraordinary customer service.

I would like to thank the nice sales associate that recovered my wallet I left on the counter while purchasing items at Walgreens Cleveland, MS location.Every time I have visited this store I have been treated with kind words and professional employees while shopping or having prescriptions filled.Thanks again to the manager that reached out to call me and the nice young lady.

Do not call this pharmacy with a problem like needing to transfer your prescription to another store because your out of town working. They do not answer the phone. Just keep you on hold until you give up. Choose another pharmacy...

Tried to load a cashapp card and customer rep lady claim they 'cant touch a phone to scan barcode' when honestly they dont have to. If you dont want to do your job STAY AT HOME. Family dollar in all surrounding towns does it without touching a phone. Other surrounding Walgreens does it. Actions lile this looses more customers. Walgreens DO BETTER.

Walgreens Pharmacy have an excellent staff. Pharmacists Anna she assisted me on many occasions advising me about my insurance plan and what was covered. She take time to explain about your medicine if you have a question.

I picked my mother up from the hospital at 10:00am and went straight to Walgreens to drop off my prescription. The pharmacist said 30-45 mins and it will be ready. I said, "that's okay, I have to take her home to get her settled. Come back at 430p to pick up the prescription and it's still not ready. Someone need to be reported!

Will no longer use Walgreens for anything. Had my perscriptions filled and 1 was left out but since the pharmacist said she sold it to me, it's left at that. IT was not in my bag. Make sure you check your items before you leave Or else you're screwed!!!!! Also see I'm not the only one leaving 1 star rating!!UNINSTALLED APP

They need help. The staff have to look 2, 3, or 4 places for each prescription as they pile up before someone can sort and put them in the alphabetical bins.

I only have to go to Walgreens Pharmacy once a month but everytime they always manage to do something wrong. Some, not all of the pharmacy staff is rude!
