Well they're fully stocked again after the ice and snow storm. However the deli seem to be in a little too much of a rush. The precooked rotisserie chicken that I decided to pick up for supper, turns out wasn't completely precooked. So the dog had a nice meal, but it will be quite a while before I buy prepared food from the deli again. I do have to say however this was the very first time I've had a bad experience, it is by no means the norm

Went to this store a few days ago(i don’t live in this city so it’s not often i go there but since i had to go back today 3/26/24 i stopped back by). I purchased an alcoholic beverage case of “moms drinks” when i got home and open them one was leaking so two days later i brought them back(today) the clerk told me they couldn’t refund me and i was fine with that but they told me i needed a manager to exchange them. The manager Paul came out who was on his phone and not really paying attention to me or my concern, looked at the box and said it’s not wet(which was two days ago so of course it dried up) he said oh we’re not taking that back as in though i had a reason to lie. If you’re here in Cleveland trying to exchange something that was damaged from THEIR location please do bother. This was unprofessional and unrealistic as why can’t i exchange something that was damaged at your location?! RIDICULOUS!!

Visiting from out-of-town, rmtgis is the most disgusting grocery store I have ever walked (and right out). It smells, they do not sell Boar's Head meat, there were spills and food on the floor. Such a depressing place. Did not buy, am back again in the area, and definitely skipping.

Great Kroger for our small town compared to others. Only reason didnt get a 5 star, is because the Manager came from the Clarksdale store, and that store was a filthy mess before they closed it..Update 3/19/2023.....Krogers has went to s#!@. No checkers, no baggers, and no food! And don't even get me started on those raggedy a$$ buggies. Went there Sunday around 10am, had to pick 4 buggies, before I found one that would halfway roll right. Got 19 items, went to checkout and no checkers, they were telling everyone to use self checkout. I wasn't the only one mad that day, guess I'll start using Vowell more.

Meat Department Cases Are Supposed To Be Open Until 8PM... but they tend to go "ON BREAK" more often than they're in this department. The meats are great if you can find someone to help you.

The Associate in the meat department wa was very helpful. I was looking for turkey drumsticks but couldn't find any. He went with me and found the last two packs covered up. My lucky day.

The supervisors are rude and disrespectful I wanted to talk with one of them about something I had to wait almost 20 minutes and when I ask about one again the employee went to the door by guest care a bigger dude opened it and when the employee tried to tell them I needed them he and a woman told her in the most disrespectful manner what do you want and told the employee i can wait and slammed the door mind you I was right there and heard everything I told her nevermind as it wasn't her fault and left avoid this place at all cost

Most carts are in disrepair, sale and discount items regularly ring up full price making checkout more difficult, expired products here and there

I've been patron of Kroger since I moved here in 1989 and yes like everyone else just a little anointed with with all the construction and moving of products but with that said I am also in retail sales believe me they are doing this for us the public to better organization and placement of related items just wait you'll see and it all will make sense so enjoy your shopping and use your Kroger card...

I will not be using ebt anymore. I purchase food on April 17 I called in cause some of my items were not in my order so they owed me $41 refund I been waiting on my refund from April 17 until now may 19. I called Kroger's today about my refund they tells me I got to wait 30 more days this crazy. Whatever y'all do please don't use EBT for pick up orders.

Rude staff in deli. We were ignored for quite some time and when they finally asked “what do you need” I told them pound and a quarter of roast beef and she turned her back with out saying anything Then just milled around for several minutes like I was not standing there. When I told them never mind she acted like she did not know what was wrong. Also very poor selection of meats and cheeses.

ENROUTE ON ROUTE QUICK SHOPPING STOP: when on the go, you go where you know the prices, options, people, and savings are consistent. This was an in and out experience as I was traveling and needed both fuel and to grab a few things. Noticing the sales, I grabbed some additional items to add to what I'd been asked to pickup. The building is nicely laid out and the flow of moment through the store was seamless. The restroom is prominently located and is unisex with a large wheel chair accessible door. The staff is friendly and self check out makes for a convenient and quick exit. So, whether you live there or are passing through, make a quick fuel/food or oh, I just need "this" stop to get the stretch in from a long drive and grab a bite to eat from their in store deli.

It’s like we are lucky to have Kroger. It seems like Kroger stop caring about its customers. After Christmas they stopped the sanitizing carts, during a snow storm they didn’t try to remove the ice. The quality of produce has tanked. Selections have dwindled. The long time employed are starting to loathe work. The new employees are rude and terrible at communicating. The managers locally/regionally need to do something fast!

The store manager is very arrogant and down right rude. It is “his” store and “his” job to make sure things are working smoothly and correctly! If he doesn’t like “his” job then maybe he should go elsewhere.

Bypass this place and choose another grocery store. The place smells and there’s boxes everywhere to the point you can’t get down the isles. Also had an employee at the self checkout that made it seem like we were disrespecting her by asking for help.

I love kroger! Their veges are always so healthy looking! But you'll find the meat selection is not amazing and if you're not careful you'll pick some that have turned. The parking situation is aweful.

I love to shop krogers in Cleveland. The customer service is great, the prices are much better than the other stores on a lot of items. There's one bagger there she's so sweet every time I go there, I think her name is kailin. Keep up the great job !

Your customers use debit & credit, so you should accept credit as well at the money center!!! Money center takes too long. There needs to be 2 lines & 2 workers at the beginning of the month.
