I have absolutely zero complaints. I took a cat in with an upper respiratory infection, they gave him a shot of a couple different meds and two days later he was completely over it. I have an appointment to take a different one up there now. For the foreseeable future that will be my new Veterinary Clinic

Wonderful staff very attentive and they really care about the animals. I was stuck in an emergency situation and had to board my dog quickly they were more than willing to rise to the occasion and when I picked my dog, Thriller, up They almost seem sad to see him leave. If I'm over in that area again and need anything for any of my animals they will be the first people I call.

I wasn't there very long, but fron my short visit I am sure I will come again. Reception staff was courteous and friendly. Referred to my dog as you would a family member so I'm sure that's how they treat their patients.

My cat was attacked by a dog that got into our yard. She was severely injured. Dr Williams met us at the clinic after hours on a Sunday night to help her. He and the staff cared for her and saved her life. She was there three weeks and had two surgeries. She could not have received better care. She is home now and I will be eternally grateful for all they did for her.

Brought in my cat this morning worried something was wrong, and I was met with friendly, reassuring care from the staff. The receptionist, vet tech, and the vet were very attentive, listened to my concerns, and addressed them accordingly. Above all, they were able to provide us with exceptional care at an affordable price. Most definitely will be back in the future!

The doctors are very nice but the lady at the desk told us we couldn’t get our dog 🐕 until we paid half of the bill. God knows we didn’t have any money, she went on to say each night the bill goes up! But didn’t mention they are closed on weekend. So the male nurse took her back. My baby cried all night!! I even asked about a payment plan and she was heartless. Children don’t understand when you have financial hardship. Honestly I don’t know if we’ll be getting her back from the bill collectors that want release her until we pay half the bill. Thank God human doctors and hospitals aren’t like that!! But we love ❤️ our dog 🐶!!!😢

The vet was kind and listen to our fur baby symptoms. He gave medicine and assured us that his prices was reasonable and it was. I would bring my fur baby again.

The receptionist and vet techs were very kind and friendly, the vet we saw was very nice. I think the only thing that's wrong with this place is its super outdated and is in definite need for new place or a reno...and the prices are a bit high.

Wish I could leave no stars.. They left my dog in a kennel over night with no care after he had been hit by a car then didn't want to give him back to us to take him else where... VERY POOR CARE!
