I hate coming in this store to shop. People are breathing down your back asking…. may I help you? I came in to get something that I didn’t want anyone to help me to get. Ilove tracker supply and Lowes…. Don’t have this problem. You guys not all people come to steal and definitely not me.

Popped in for some Muriatic Acid used to open clogged drains. Wasn't expensive. All of the staff are very helpful and always asked throughout my visit if I needed assistance. Seemed to have more items in stock and in store than other competitors.

The associates are very polite and greet you as soon as you enter the door. They are eager to assist you if you need help with anything. The cashiers are also very courteous.

Prices to high and I am starting to notice why!!!! You damn near have to drive a 100 miles to and from to get what you need! I can say they have good customer service, living in the DELTA where the Rich get richer and the poor get poorer, wake up people!

Hard to shop when you walk through the door and everyone stops talking and starts staring... then you get the fake hi can I help you with anything. But there was one guy that was VERY help and professional. if he ain't there I leave.

It is an ACE hardware store and they are consistent. Experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. Well staffed so you don't have to look for help. I wish we had one nearer than Cleveland or Greenwood.

I purchased a soldering iron from there. The thing didn't even get hot enough to melt the solder! When I tried to return it because it didn't work, they refused to do the return because it was used! I asked the guy how would I know that it didn't work, without using it? He told me that he couldn't resell it, therefor, he could not accept it. I asked him why he would want to resell a product that didn't work? I will never go there again, and I suggest everyone stay away from this debacle of a hardware store.

EVERY time that I have gone into Ace Hardware, I was greeted by one of the employees and they ALWAYS have asked if they could help me, and they have always been great help!!!! The most friendly and helpful "hardware" store in the area (in my opinion)!!!
