Booking was a breeze. Entrance is kind of a hassle to get in. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Swift service from all employees. Room was very clean and spacious. Only negatives I have is: Designated smoking area is an outdoor patio on the front entrance, no cover, rain is a problem. TV is in a strange position in the room, not centered with the bed. Bad weather had knocked out 90% of all room TVs during my stay. Staff said it would be repaired during the next week. No steam vent for bathroom. Shower curtain let water go past shower ledge. Slippery floor after shower. Room light switches not easy to find and strange placement of lighting. Don't expect a large breakfast, a few muffins, toast, and fruits were what was served. I did enjoy my stay and will certainly visit again.Rooms: Was renovated 2023. Rooms very clean and spacious.Nearby activities: Golf course on grounds. 2 casinos to choose from. Several restaurants in casinos.Safety: All outside doors automatically lock behind you. Must have room key to gain entrance.Food & drinks: Rooms are supplied with single serve k-cup coffee and bottled water. All other food & drinks are from vending machines that only accept cards.

The lobby clerk led me to believe that the management has absolutely no concern for the guests.Employees were cutting the lawn outside the windows and others vacuuming the halls before the sun came up. When I complained at check-out, the clerk said she wouldn't pass it on because it wouldn't do any good. She said "they don't care". By 'they' I inferred she meant her bosses, not them as a whole.Other than the early noise, it was a pleasant stay. The morning coffee was good but the breakfast items were limited to packaged muffins and apples.

We stayed here last night. The desk clerks were friendly. The room was nice, clean except for the very dusty drapes. The bed was uncomfortable. Someone in a room very near us had a dog that barked ALL night. I called the front desk twice. Finally around 1230 security came up, knocked at my door and asked if WE had a dog. I told him no...he just went right back down on the elevator, leaving the dog to continue to bark. Then around 2am, the people in the room above us apparently had a bowling game in their room. Loud stomping, crashing sounds until about 4am.Needless to say I didn't get any sleep. I won't stay here again. Oh, the "breakfast" consisted of a few slices of white bread, a few bagels, and a few muffins along with very weak coffee.

The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The room needed a waste basket in the bathroom. Wished there was daily maid service. The continental breakfast needs a juice or tea box because everyone doesn't drink coffee. The location felt safe, plenty of parking and very clean. The lobby was nicely decorated and the receptionist was very nice.

I have only one complaint. I wish it was connected to the casino. This hotel is always clean and the staff is always fast and friendly.Safety: Very safe and kid friendly. My grands love this place. They would like a microwave in the room. That is their only complaint.

It hotel is very clean and beautiful! My only complaint is that the doors close extremely loudly. When people are going in and out at night, it's very disturbing.Nearby activities: The casino and restaurants are only a couple of blocks down.Walkability: Everything entertainment and food related is within walking distance.

This was my first time here. Whenever I visit Philadelphia, I normally stay at one of the casino hotels but this was the only one available in the area at the time. This place is absolutely gorgeous on the outside but I was a little shocked at the presentation of the actual room. However, it was a quick overnight trip and this hotel was available and inexpensive. The front desk staff that checked me out was very friendly.

Hotel parking was plentiful and check in was timely and smooth. Parking lot and lobby was free of trash and debris. My room didn't have a pleasant smell but was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and Bathroom has tall ceilings a plus.

We stayed here one night and will not be back. Came through the area for work saw the reviews said this was a three star hotel what a joke. Rooms smell like smoke even though they advertise they are non-smoking no ventilation in the bathrooms rusted fixtures on the wall stained carpets beds that are completely wore out. This place is 30 years out of date. Everything is closed the swimming pool the fitness room and they offer nothing for breakfast all because they don’t wanna clean during this time of Covid restrictions

Rooms are in major need of updates. Comforter was dirty, no towels in bathroom, and less than a quarter roll of TP in bathroom. Rugs severely stained, and whole hotel smelled like weed. Lady that worked night shift was super friendly, but lady that worked days shift was kinda rude. I have noticed that most of the Indian staff there don't seem to like white people to much. I just don't feel welcome when I come here. Probably will not go back again. Been a ton of times, but it gets worst each time.

This is a great looking hotel and very close to the casino! The girl at the front desk was super sweet and friendly and check in was quick. Price was very reasonable during the week and they allow pets which was great. There is a pet fee of $50 non refundable. The room was spacious and clean except the carpet had stains. We over look that because of them allowing pets. No breakfast except coffee, muffins and danish. We would absolutely stay here again except for the fact we didn't care for the casino and didn't win a thing which made it not that fun so probably won't be back any time soon.

We paid 139 for our room. We didn’t have any towels and getting them wasn’t easy. There were no amenities or extras at all. The coffee in the lobby was at least 24 hours old. The room coffee was not good. The hotel said they were out of creamer. The shower didn’t drain. Not worth the price. Next time we’ll pay the extra money and stay at the resort.

The carpet in the halls was filthy. Carpet in room a little dirty also.. The rooms smelled like there had been excessive moisture. Couldn't spray enough air freshener to keep odor away. Shower head stained. A lot of male workers appear to travel thru this hotel. Only one ice machine on the 1st floor. Felt spooky in this building.. Thank goodness the price was only $69 per night. Not worth a higher price.

Horrible experience. The hotel is not what we expected. All amenities are closed, which tgey do not state on their website. The common areas are old, filthy, and halls are dingy. Amenities were all closed but was not noted on the website and no one wore masks. The room furniture and carpet are dingy and disgusting. We arrived without bite marks and after our first night had 3 and all together left with 5 bite marks. We think it may have been bed bugs since we noticed the mattress did not have mattress protectors. One of our drawers was broken and kept opening up on its own causing us to bump into it. We called the front desk and they were very rude about the whole situation. I think we spoke with Goyan. We were never able to speak with a manager they all work at the casino for some reason so none of our issues were ever addressed properly. Will never come back to this hotel again!

Really nice hotel that backs up to a beautiful golf course, not far from casino and water park entertainment. I would have rated it 5 stars but we had issues with getting our A/C fixed in a reasonable time frame, as it was still not fixed nearly 2 days after check-in. Overall though, nice food partnership options for multiple meals and really lovely facilities.

Could definitely be cleaned better. The previous comment about the stains on the carpet are true. The hall light fixtures are extremely dusty and the shades really need to be replaced. There are lights out in the elevator. It makes me feel like they don't have a high standard for upkeep.

Okay-ish. Room had heat turned to 79 and had only been half cleaned when I got there. Water cup and wrapper still at the desk area, long hair in the bathroom, etc. But the sheets were clean and the trash empty, so not the worst hotel.

Terribly disappointed. Common areas on the first floor are nice but once you reach the upper floors, neglect becomes obvious. Huge stains on the carpet near the elevators with cracked and yellowed shades on the wall lights. The room was smaller than expected but I could have overlooked that had the room been better kept. Worn, stained and damaged furnishings. No WIFI password posted anywhere in the room or on our key card holder. In fact, there was nothing in the room listing amenities like you would expect to find. I was going to call the front desk to get the password but the phone in the room was stripped of any labels and was unusable. The phone near the elevator bank had a nice sign saying “lift receiver for service” but the phone wasn’t even plugged into the wall. The staff was lack luster as well. It seemed no one was happy to be there and neither was I. This is my first and last stay at the Dead Rabbit.

Checked in with a couple dirty clothes (I travel for work) and the front desk said that their washing machine was broke then told me about one down the road that was closed when I got there then they make faces and chuckle and snicker when I walk past the front desk I deal in customer service and that has no business whatsoever being done to someoneThe rooms are half cleaned the beds made it just hasn’t been swept vacuumed or dusted wiped down and it’s a little out of date beds are hard as a rock plus the hotel smells like snoop got in rotation with 30 blunts at once guess if your drunk it don’t matter also be careful the carpet is coming up in the hallway causing a trip hazardFood & drinks: They have a few snacks bout as good as holiday inn nothing like you’d expect
